Trump is acquitted again, Beijing & Moscow win again, not only because their puppet can continue to do harm to America, but also they successfully discredited the US political system, discredited democracy, and discredited justice. They seemingly proved that autocracy is really stronger than democracy.

With the second acquittal, both pro-Trump & anti-Trump camps lose their faith in the US political system. The pro-Trump camp believes that the 2020 election is rigged, mainstream media report fake news, and the US justice system is corrupt, etc., while the anti-Trump camp thinks that the GOP is corrupt to the core.

The only winners here, are those autocratic regimes such as Russia & Communist China. Beijing & Moscow, especially the Chinese Communist Party, are expert at using democratic rules ( such as freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, right to protest, procedural justice, etc. ) to destroy democracy. In their eyes, a democratic system has too many openings that do not exist in their autocratic system. They seemingly proved that democracy is crispy and vulnerable, while autocracy is way more stable and strong.

Some GOP senators knew for sure, and knew long ago that Trump is a Russian puppet, yet they still support Trump no matter what. For example :

Obviously, Rubio knew for sure that Trump works for Russia, yet he still backs Trump fiercely, and opposes the impeachment.

And also, as a leader of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Rubio should had known that those right-wing extremist groups and right-wing disinformation media are funded (directly or indirectly) by Russia, yet he still chose to flatter those Trump cultists.

Lindsey Graham : He is a smart guy. With his intellect and his military experience, he should be able to tell that Trump works for Russia. He said : "If we nominate Trump, we will get destroyed.......and we will deserve it." Well said. Before Trump took office, we were told that he is a Russian asset , yet he still became president of the US. And after Trump did enormous damage to America, so many political leaders of the US still kneel down to him and refused to convict him. When they chose Trump over America, they actually chose Putin over America.

There is no doubt that the Red Privilege Stratum of Chinese Communist Party ( CCP's former & current leaders, their families, and their sects ), as well as Putin, will continue to pour enormous resources to support Trump. It is said that CCP's different sects ( of different former CCP leaders ) infiltrate different political parties of foreign countries. Their money and influences reach other countries in various ways, directly or indirectly. Sometimes Russia is just one of their proxies. Other proxies can be business giants, commerce associations, financial institutions, academic institutions, etc.

As for the US, both Republican party and Democratic Party are infiltrated. In this way the CCP places its bets on both sides, and provokes the two parties to fight against each other, turning their relationship from competitors into deadly enemies.

All post-Nixon US presidents, including Donald Trump, accepted money from CCP, directly or indirectly. Many used-to-be-decent politicians, as well as used-to-be-anti-ccp heroes, are compromised. Those do not compromise can hardly become top politicians, much less would they become presidential candidates.

As for Asian countries, the current South Korea president Moon Jae-in works for Beijing & Moscow apparently. Some Southeast Asia countries near China, such as Myanmar and Thailand, suffer from frequent military coups, making them nearly impossible to establish a stable and long-standing democracy system, because Beijing is that evil hand behind the curtain.
