Trump growing more racist?

Will Trump's rhetoric become more and more racist as we near the November election?

  • No, Trump will take the high road

No, but apparently Biden does.

He adjusts his speech and slurs his words when speaking to black journalists.

He brags that his home state is a slave state.

He articulates that white kids are rich, black kids are poor.

He calls Obama the first clean, articulate black American he's met.

He implies that many black Americans are cocaine addicts.

Racist Joe's rhetoric goes on and on...

You're gonna have to speak a lot louder than this if you want to do your Dear Leader a bit of good. You have to make undecided voters and fringe Trump supporters look away from Trump and listen to you. Think you can do that?

Didn't he already say that mexicans wanted to come here to rape white women?

He did. "They're not sending their best people, yada yada."

They don't have to listen to me, all they have to do is listen to Biden speak.

They don't have to listen to me, all they have to do is listen to Biden speak.

Trump will always commandeer centre stage. People will pay very little attention to Biden, Trump won't allow it. Biden doesn't have to win, he doesn't have to convince anyone. This is all about Trump, he'll make sure of that. Remember the debates with Clinton, Trump moving over behind her to be in the camera shot when she was speaking? That kind of creepy lurking behaviour won't work this time now that he's packing baggage with him.

The “suburban housewife” will be voting for me. They want safety & are thrilled that I ended the long running program where low income housing would invade their neighborhood. Biden would reinstall it, in a bigger form, with Corey Booker in charge! @foxandfriends @MariaBartiromo

Trump sees appealing to the racist in voters as the only way he can win?

For Trump to become more racist, he would have to be racist to begin with, which he is not.

"High road?" Trump?!? LOL

His level of racism will still be the same -- meaning he has been racist all along. Odd how that wasn't a poll option.

It's racist because it is a lie. Undocumented immigrants have a far lower crime rate than American citizens.

What is a lie?

This is the post I quoted:

"He has criticized lax immigration laws for allowing undocumented people to harm American citizens."

He doesn't like undocumented immigrants harming American citizens.

He also doesn't like citizens harming other citizens, which is why he sent troops to Portland and Chicago.

How is this racist?

Are you suggesting that we should base our immigration policies on the fact that many are Hispanic?

I personally do NOT feel our immigration laws are "racist," but those people who, uh, "dislike" President Trump cite his immigration views as "racist."

He is not becoming more racist. He is just exhibiting it more.

His base loves it and he knows it

What an ugly underbelly of our society the trump years have revealed

From a few minutes ago:

Q: What do you mean by an "invasion" in the suburbs if VP Joe Biden is elected?

President Trump: "They're going to destroy suburbia. And 30 percent of the people in suburbia are minorities. They say 35 percent, but I like to cut it lower."

Blatant as this, this is more or less Trump's baseline level of open racism.

Greenbeard, please provide the context for that statement.

Clipping statements out of context is just as unethical as lying. You have Trump using the word “they,” without any reference to who he is talking about.

It’s clearly not minorities, Trump is stating they are already in the suburbs.

Trump was asked what "invasion" he keeps referring to. Turns out it's minorities.

Really? Because this was part of Trump's statement that you quoted:

"President Trump: "They're going to destroy suburbia. And 30 percent of the people in suburbia are minorities."

So Trump is worried that minorities are going to invade minorities?

You all need to stop purposely taking him out of context. It's worse than lying.

Pretty much. So far he's really done nothing to expand his support, he just keeps trying to double down to his base.

And suppress Dem voters. Him and the Rep govs/state sectys, etc.
