Trump had to admit to wrongdoing (theft) and this is the measure of the character of the individual you poor benighted conservatives elected to lead you. A sleazy crook who appropriates charity donations for his personal political benefit.

[There was] "a shocking pattern of illegality involving the Trump Foundation including unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and wilful self-dealing and much more".

It doesn't get much worse than stealing from a children's cancer charity. This unprincipled thief has to go.
