Trump drops ceasefire demand for Ukraine war, tells allies Putin wants land

Trump demanded either (1) Russia agree to a ceasefire or (2) he will impose severe sanctions on Russia.

Neither happened.

Putin wanted (1) no ceasefire and (2) no additional US sanctions.

Putin walked away with both of the above. Trump even treated Putin to lunch and gave him a ride in the "Beast".

As in Helsinki, Putin hits it out of the park.
