Trump down 6 points in Gallup polling to 43% approval

Government forced me to lose business. But I don't get the socialist handout.

How is it that all these small businesses only had 2 -3weeks of reserve in their coffers when we heard that it was the greatest economy ever, and Trump let them keep so much more of their money?

what exactly are you trying to establish? that people who paid taxes aren't entitled to government services? its a silly contrarian argument.

Just like Obama was to troll the conservatives. What was it Obama said? "I won" and to get over it!!! Divisive piece of sh*t to treat the opposition party like they are at the bottom of his shoes.

Simply because Obama was a black man does not mean he was trolling Conservatives. Obama made every effort to win bipartisan support from Republicans until he found out that they only cared about discrediting the first black President.

What I'm establishing (not trying to) is how Republicans claim to want government out of their lives - until they need them. What I'm establishing (not trying to) is how Republicans lied to the morons who believe them (not me) about how great the economy was under Trump, and how wonderful the tax cuts were.

Most businesses were not closed more than 2 weeks before holding out their hands for government money. Anyone who isn't a moron understands that a great economy wouldn't fall apart in 3 short weeks.

you're mistaken. If government causes you a problem, government should alleviate that problem. We get that you hate Trump and want to blame him for everything and pretend that the economy was not doing well.

Actually those same polls say the GOP has the enthusiasm advantage. It's what happens when do you a partisan impeachment over BS and refuses to work with the president on anything. I mean I thought infrastructure was always bi-partisan, so why did Pelosi walk away from the infrastructure meeting? Democrats can't answer that, because that stunt she pulled was ridiculous.

Cooperation is a 2 way street. Why did Trump flip flop on the immigration bill and DACA? Trump's "infrastructure plan" was nothing but a giveaway to the rich. It was a non-starter from the get go. Privatizing public roads built with taxpayer money to get the potholes fixed is unacceptable.

The White House finally rolled out President Donald Trump’s long-awaited infrastructure plan Monday, swinging for the fences with a $1.5 trillion initiative that is light on new federal dollars — but could inspire a wave of toll roads, ease decades-old regulations and permanently change cities’ and states’ expectations for assistance from Washington.

Actually, ramming through his health care nonsense showed that Obama didn't give a rat's ass about Republican support, and trying to play the race card is silly

Why are you crying about Trump? My comments about the small business not having any more than 2-3 weeks of reserve? Then you answer why they don't.

Bradt's no longer able to respond to your posts.
Nice catch.

Hmm. Didn't expect that, but can't say I'm surprised either. He could exhibit an abrasive-as-hell manner, even when he had a fair point to make (which wasn't always the case).

Actually Democrats did try to get GOP support for health care reform and Republicans made over 100 amendments to the ACA and then refused to vote for it because...Obama.
It was a nice nod in the direction of bipartisanship. But it also perpetuates a deceptive narrative, repeated often by Republicans, that they were completely excluded from the process that resulted in Obamacare. While it is true that no Republican voted for the final bill, it is blatantly untrue that it contains no GOP DNA. In fact, to make such an assertion is like researching your ancestry and going no further back than your mother and father.

Not only were Republican senators deeply involved in the process up until its conclusion, but it's a cinch that the ACA might have become law months earlier if the Democrats, hoping for a bipartisan bill, hadn't spent enormous time and effort wooing GOP senators — only to find themselves gulled by false promises of cooperation. And unlike Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's semi-secret proceedings that involved only a handful of trusted colleagues, Obamacare, until the very end of the process, was open to public scrutiny.

Set the health care record straight: Republicans helped craft Obamacare

and Biden will blather about running for senate, shooting a hole in the roof of his house with a shotgun etc. and the people who go ballistic over even dubious claims of creepy old men grabbing younger women are the ones who tend to be enamored with the Democrats.

Trump is the only president, and his wife is the only first lady to appear in porn movies.

Cheney is the only vice president to ever shoot someone by accident, then not report it for eight hours while his alcohol level dropped.

Trump was a pro choice anti gun liberal for his whole life, most likely paid for many abortions considering his life style and his love of NDAs.

He only became a republican when he realized Democrats knew him for the con artist he is.

You'll excuse me if I do not see republicans as roll models.

Melania Trump's tits and vagina are to the best of my knowledge the only First Lady private parts that were seen by everyone in the world.

Why project-we don't have political masters. Its dems who worship government and are enamored with politicians

And yet you worship a big government statists who is currently president. Ironic, huh?

A pretty good bit in an opinion piece about our fake president:

[cont.]

President Trump’s goal — on the days that one is discernible — is the maintenance of power. His method is to claim personal credit for anything that goes right, to blame others for anything that goes wrong, and to complain, and complain, and complain about his shockingly bad treatment at the hands of the media, his political enemies and the “deep state.” He does not argue for his view of events. He pounds his points with the oral equivalent of all-caps. And he assumes (on good evidence) that anyone who shares his side in the culture war will embrace his delusional, self-serving depiction of reality. Or that people will at least conclude that no one’s version of reality can really be trusted.

Trump unfiltered is like a badly polluted canal. The scraps of narcissism, the rotten remnants of conspiracy theories, the offal of sour grievance, the half-eaten bits of resentment flow by. They do not cohere. But they move in the same, insistent current of self, self, self. The president wants credit for listening to health experts on social distancing when he had no other choice. He also wants to send a theatrical online wink and nod to the populist opponents of social distancing: “LIBERATE MINNESOTA!” “LIBERATE MICHIGAN!” “LIBERATE VIRGINIA!” Will his double game result in risky behavior and additional deaths in Minnesota, Michigan and Virginia? This seems beside the point. Trump is not making an argument. He is assuming a pose. He wants to be president and provocateur. He wants to be fireman and arsonist.

You know what? Let the naive rest assured in their naivete!

They don't believe in science, they don't believe math. We saw how razor thin close the 2016 election was, in terms of votes cast in the key states. I'm tired of arguing with them nonsensically. Let them wake up to their new reality on November 4th, wondering what they hell happened? Then, they can turn on each other.

And it seems, Trump is doing just that - he is galvanizing & uniting the Democratic rank & file. They didn't gather around Biden because they like Biden. They remained on the sidelines, but then rushed in around Biden because they came to hope he can beat Trump!

Trust me. If somehow Cuomo got in the race, and they came to believe he could beat Trump, they'd flock to him! Such is the power Trump has over the Dems. I've never seen the party united so strongly over a single priority, save for perhaps Civil Rights.

And it's not just against Trump, but against the GOP that are now helplessly married to Trump. Did you see those Milwaukee WI Dems brave Covid, the rain & snow, the cold, and over 2 hour outdoors exposed waits, to oust a GOP judge? They broke all records for a local primary election, and even beat the 2018 record for the national Congressional election! Think about that? After that, Do you have any doubt they will show for the Presidential election?

Wisconsin is ours.

Trump may end up being the death of the modern day GOP. He may have woking up a sleeping giant that will ultimately crush modern day right wing politics for good. And I say, good riddance. Hopefully the GOP can re-build in the future, and the more moderate "conservatives" (the Kasich's and the Huntman's) take back their party from the race baiting, conspiracy theory pushing, alt-right lunatics and religious fanatics that have taken over their party and are literally sinking them into the gutter.

Eh. Turtle can make great points, if he so desires. That I can say.

He's sometimes passable when he's not on his "Democrats are EVIL!" talking points.

But Michelle Obama was bad because she wanted kids to eat healthier school lunches...How evil and racist!

If Trump is rejected in November, which is very possible, the GOP are left with nothing. They have no ideology or core values, beyond fealty to Trump.

At this point I believe that if Trump loses in November, they'll join Trump with the conspiracy theories of voter fraud, illegals voting, "Deep State", and "Obama shadow government" preventing Trump from winning. I mean, what else can they do? That's what the base wants. The GOP is literally so terrified of the radical base that they themselves created.

Yes, the base that they created that Trump co-opted! Conspiracy is all they'll be able to claim, because they've painted an unacceptable reality for their rank & file. And quite honestly, it couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch.

Do not in any universe equate Obama's reaction to the opposition to trumps. Youd have to be 8 ways nutty to think that. Obama wasnt so much divisive as the opposition couldnt stand his circumstance. Actually I dont even remember any of the arguments for him being divisive because they must have been petty bs! "I won" ?? Thats your lame excuse? He wasnt out there picking fights with dissenters and attacking people.

It's not the same with trump, who proves daily his incompetence and unfitness.
