What you should say is that they're ILLEGAL SCUM who should be sent to Scorpion Sing Sing, a new facility being built in the middle of Death Valley, where ILLEGAL SCUM can bake in the hot sun and if they try to escape they'll be met by rabid armadillos, scorpions, and rattlesnakes.
