From what I could tell, it was released via the official White House site. It wasn't on Youtube that I could see, which it wouldn't be, because they apparently banned him Tuesday.

From your tone, you seem to disagree that the President should be allowed to communicate at all? I'm thinking it's a good idea not to air anything live, in case he goes off on a rant. But surely, Google didn't have to block the link to the official White House site where we could find it?
