Trump brags that world leaders are "kissing my ass"

I'm not happy with public remarks like, "kiss my ass" is he indeed did day that. However, I like his brash approach to other nations that have been screwing us without kissing us first. They have taken advantage of weak negotiators and stupid trade deals. When you speak from strenght and you know it, you can say and do things you otherwise could not. We are in the driver's seat and we are putting the pedal to the metal. Are there others in the race, yes, but they are in the position of needing us, more than we need them.
Donald does not care what you think. Remember, to him you are a nobody. A big zero. He already got what he needed from you, and you’re not buying his China-made sneakers or guitars, so he has no use for you and your little opinions on what he should or should not say.

"Last night, the president delivered a marathon address at the National Republican Congressional Committee’s annual fundraising gala in Washington at which he likewise attempted to reassure GOP lawmakers and donors that his tariff strategy had already left fellow world leaders “kissing my a**” as they seek exemptions."

This is very disturbing. Donald Trump is a very sick man. I mean, biologically, he is a man, but he carries the massive insecurities and emotional compulsions of a child.

It's fascinating how as people get older, their psychological problems can become more acute, especially when they are enabled, which is the case with Trump. Trump seems to be driving his pathologies into high gear now and I shutter to think how far he will go.
Well, it can't get much more undignified for a president than this, can it?

World politics doesnt have to be a zero sum game.

Who would have thought 20 years ago that this idiot would have been elected to the Presidency? I would have laughed thinking people can't actually be that dumb. But ----- here we are! For the older folks here, can you imagine what your parents and grandparents would have thought?

I have relatives in France - I last visited during Trump's first term and they just kept asking what is going on in the US. How could this fool be President? I could not answer that question.

I'm certain his juvenile and inane comments will have people like Carney shaking in their bootsl

That's a large arse to kiss.

It reflects his pathological egocentric view of the world.

Living in the most powerful nation in the world with what, until very recently, was an economy that was the envy of the world, I don't understand this anger about being screwed by other countries. It's an utter mystery to me. It seems like mental illness.

what taking advantage has other countries done to the US?
Didn't President Trump during his first term tell us how great the USMCA was and it was so much better than NAFTA. Then he blows up the USMCA with the tariff bs with Canada and Mexico.

imo, Trump does not understand how the auto industry works in North America.
There are very good reasons why Japanese and other imported cars sell so well compared to the Big 3 in the US.
Trump believes the US should be able to export more cars made in the US to foreign markets. One issue is most of the US cars are too large to be practical in some European countries. Roads are much narrower than the US.

I am not happy with the crude way President Trump presents himself to the world. It hurts the countries reputation.

Trump even talks like a piece of shit driving a pickup.

The US is the richest country in history. We've never been a victim. Stop buying the garbage Trump sells you.

You know he was lying, whenever he says they called him, “sir,” you know he’s lying….

then all the Trumpco customers became sexually aroused by Trump's "tough talk"

Breaking: official delegation from Heard and McDonald islands offers to provide ice to president Trump, but only if he can establish Eskimo heritage. Trump reportedly attempted to counter by demanding free burgers, fries and a shake, reaching an impasse. The deal seems to be progressing, however, on the subject of fish.

From Pericles' funeral oration, where he outlies the greatness of Athenian democracy, often cited as an inspiration for our own:

"...we are unlike others; we make our friends by conferring, not by receiving favors. Now he who confers a favor is the firmer friend, because he would rather by kindness keep alive the memory of an obligation; but the recipient is colder in his feelings, because he knows that in requiting another's generosity he will not be winning gratitude but only paying a debt. We alone do good to our neighbors not upon a calculation of interest, but in the confidence of freedom and in a frank and fearless spirit."

Well, except for China, they kinda are. However, if Trump is gonna keep insulting and embarrassing them, some might just take China's approach and say "f..........you."
A grownup in the room would recognize the overtures being made and make nice, but a big baby with a fragile ego will want to rub their noses in it.
Of course, Trumpists, being equally immature, will be gloating and getting their jollies (well, they gotta get their jollies some way, don't they?)

While he's enjoying lips on his ass, we're choking on the daily collapses of the stock market.

And we have a winner!!!!!! INDIA. For India it is win, win and win again.. (Lower tariffs than China on exports to the US, an 18-year-old trade agreement with the EU is being revived and expected to be approved, lower tariffs than the US on imports from China: India can replace parts of US exports to China in low- to mid-complexity manufacturing, food products, and pharmaceuticals.)

Let me be the first to send my congratulations!
