IF a president were to put forth a map in front of his people, he would have been responsible enough to get the most current map because three or four days in the trajectory of hurricane it's too long of a time not to have current data as men women money and machines could be called into action upon his presentation.

That possible trajectory was posted three days ago!! Had the storm not behaved as predicted later, and they very often don't as this one really hasn't--remember they first predicted it would hit Puerto Rico, and then that Florida would take a direct hit. Had the storm not turned as they later predicted and the President was not prepared for that, you would be condemning him for that.

trump is nothing but dishonest pr. His message is always, to his base, 'there's a problem and only he can fix it'. Since he can't really fix real problems, he constantly makes up the ones he wants to claim he can fix.

So DonDon made good his promise to release a map that showed impacts from Dorian to Alabama. As it turns out, its a map from the South Florida Water Management Bureau. The map text in plain english claims that it should only be used as an adjunct to NOAA and NWS maps.

So you could imagine that the South Florida Water Management Bureau's intent in producing a map would be to project any and all impacts from storm to inland and other waterways. Note, ANY and ALL impacts from storm to inland and other waterways. Certainly a tool like that would have merit for those that depend on fish and wildlife for their livelihoods though having NOTHING TO DO with potential weather emergency.

So while DonDon is clearly not even trying to be President of all the people or even all the citizens of the United States, he apparently now believes fish and alligators might just be corralled into his base if he could just help them adapt to the ever shifting water table. This could have some consequences for the next election. Will DonDon claim that the votes from fish and alligators was suppressed after he has been SHELLACKED at the polls? Hummmmm....Interested parties want to know!

Can't blame his advisors for tripling down on Wednesday using a South Florida Water Management Bureau Map and having blundered continually on Sunday.

The Water Management Bureau Map has NOTHING to do with a Weather Emergency for one thing. For another it was dated Aug 28th. So he draws or has drawn a bogus bulbous appendage on an Official NWS/NOAA map, forces his obviously uncomfortable Acting Sec of DHS to participate in this Wednesday farce. THEN DonDon pulls out of his grab bag of offerings a South Florida Water Management Bureau Map having nothing to do with Weather Emergency and drawn on Aug 28th, four days before Sunday and eight days before Wednesday. All of that Trumpian gibberish in order to avoid admitting the obvious and to defend the indefensible.
