We must not delay the accepting of the certified electors. If we continue breaking norms, it will only continue until the norm of a peaceful transfer of power is broken.

Nothing good can from it. It nullifies not only the vote of the people but the rulings of our courts. If we are going to continue down this road, we might as well get rid if both of them.

I like this approach... I would also want some details on who they are proposing be part of this congressional commission and the rules for how evidence will be evaluated. I want all testimony under oath and prosecutions for lying to congress should be pursued by the DOJ with no interference from congress. 10 days is way too short for even six states, let alone fifty. They will need experts on each states election laws if they are going to argue about the election process and not straight up fraudulent votes. For any fraudulent vote claims, the should be required to identify the vote, by name, that they believe is fraudulent and let that voter respond.
