Fascism is here...

"A legal group founded and led by White House aide Stephen Miller sued Chief Justice John Roberts in a brazen but unlikely attempt to seize control of the federal court system.

In the lawsuit filed last week, America First Legal (AFL) argued that the Judicial Conference of the U.S. and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts — two key judicial branch bodies that frame policy and handle the basic functions of the federal courts — are executive branch agencies.

“Such agencies must be overseen by the President, not the courts,” the group, represented by attorney Will Scolinos, claimed, adding that the lawsuit “preserves the separation of powers but also keeps the courts out of politics.”

The Devil’s snot rag, Stephen Miller, is just sucking up to his fat orange adopted Daddy.

He’s smart enough to know absolutely nothing will happen.

Hitler is smiling.

The Devil’s snot rag, Stephen Miller, is just sucking up to his fat orange adopted Daddy.

Actually, Miller gives Trump most of his ideas and writes his EOs for Trump to sign. He has an office just off the Oval Office and pretty much controls everything that happens in the federal govt. Trump is most often his hand puppet.

Miller is obviously the "leader" of our country. Trump is quite the useful tool, as long as he gets all the praise and a chance to make money.

Exactly.

It's the other way around. Trump is the useful idiot that Stephen has rolled out when he needs something enacted. Stephen writes the EOs and defines the policies, he tells Donald what to sign, he tells OMB whom to fire.

I don’t disagree about Miller’s influence over Traitor Trump.

He’s the sole member of Traitor Trump’s inner circle to have lasted all the way through the first administration to today.

Idiotic public stunts like this lawsuit are a part of what helps keep Miller in Traitor Trump’s good graces.

I wish i had the thousands/millions of dollars Miller must have to waste on the world's most ridiculous lawsuit that will go nowhere.

If the Democrats ever take back the Presidency and take charge of both houses of Congress again (which is doubtful based on how uninspiring and horribly they are being led), one of their first orders of business would be to put non-fascists on the Supreme Court AND legislating that the United States Marshals are transformed into officers of the Judicial Branch instead of the executive branch. Just like the Congressional Sergeants at Arms are Congressional employees.

I would compare Stephen Miller in his actual function, conduct and personality to Martin Bormann's.
That might be closer if I had likened Trump to der Fuhrer, instead of der Kaiser.

Regarding Trump's aspirations about expanding the American empire into Canada, Greenland, Gaza and Panama, he much less resembles a mere tyrant than he does a would-be Emperor.
;)

Correction: stupid fascism.

They're trying to completely subjugate the judicial branch to the executive branch by asking the judicial branch to rule that it is completely subjugated to the executive branch.

Which would take expanding the number of justices or a whopping great amount of luck.
