Trump administration 'looking at' suspending habeas corpus, Stephen Miller says (3 Viewers)

You've regurgitated talking points from confirmed liars but that hurts your credibility it doesn't help it.

I am simply copying and pasting the text from the Supreme Court rulings.

You think me copying and pasting the text written by Justices of the Supreme Court hurts my credibility?

Are you serious?

Until the Trump administration actually does this there's not a problem. It's not a problem to play the fake news for the fools that they are by giving them red herrings to further discredit themselves throwing a fit about.

What are you talking about? I have no idea what you're talking about. It sounds like you need help.

Guess your time is worthless. Quit whining about me waisting it then.

what's your opinion on voter ID? Constitutional or no?
I have no problem with it if it is planned out accordingly. The latest bill does not do so and puts undue burden on voters who already are registered and have done so with proper documentation.

No, it was not a rebellion. It was a secession. A peaceful legitimate secession.

Oh...that's deep there.

As there is no mechanism for legal secession in our Constitution, the attempted secession of Southern states was treasonous.

A fact made absolutely clear by SCOTUS in Texas v White, declaring that the Constitution bound the states in a “perpetual” and “indissoluble” union.

So you oppose voter ID but can't admit it. It's because you think you need illegal aliens committing fraud in order for your party to win. I posit that is the reason you are so desperate to fall on the sword for your gangsters. You're just playing at this constitutional angle to try and manipulate conservatives.

I'm not interested in what you say it's your motive.

I figured you were one of those nuts who thinks widespread illegal alien voting is happening. Well, now you've gone off the deep end a little more. I'll get some sleep and come see how much worse your delusions get in the morning.

3. Entertainment - It's like a bad car crash. I want to turn away, but I also want to see how far off the deep end you'll go.

Yeah, it's a car crash alright.

Geesh.

It's been awhile since I've seen anyone behave so disingenuously.

9 million people voted in the 2020 election that didn't vote in the 2016 election it the 2024 election

Gaslight all you wish I'm immune.

Gaslight all you wish I'm immune.
And close to 90 million people who were eligible didn't vote in 2024. I'm not sure what proof you think you're providing.

Sure there is. The 10th Amendment.

Texas vs White settled nothing concernig secession. It only settled that Texas didn't have to pay back the money. The question of secession was not argued before the Supreme Court. It was just Chase's statements and his conclusion. A conclusion he couldn't deliver on in the trial of Jeff Davis. Thus he tried to underhandedly get it in through Texas vs White.

The trial of Jeff Davis was to be the great trial proving before the whole world the treason of secession. Yet, it never happened. Why? Once the lawyers really looked into it, they backed off. They warned that the North would be seen as the guilty party in that War if this goes to trial.
