If they were using this program to illegally assist immigrants into drawing SS benefits, this would be fraud on a massive scale. California taxpayers have been paying for services and bennies to illegals for years, but it's been one of California's elephant-in-the-room issues. Folks know about it, but nobody wants to talk about it. Hopefully this investigation into California's CAPI transgressions will spark discussions about using Taxpayers' money to give hand-outs to illegals.

SSA is federal - not State. They are looking to uncover Social Security monies distributed to illegals through the CAPI program.
