The one ordering the Trump administration to effect his return did so on the basis of his deportion to the country of El Salvador, not because of any deprivation of due process. The Saturday Night Special order in which the SCOTUS defined new requirements for deportation under the Alien Enemies Act applies only to future deportations. There is no retroactive demand to apply the process. Is there another relevant SCOTUS order? Please be specific.
