They are indeed conducting deportations civilly and with due process.
Those detained are entitled to make their case before an Immigration judge. If it's rejected, they can appeal. If that appeal fails, another appeal is allowed via the local Court of Appeals.
If that fails... Out.

It's them trying to justifying suspending due process and use the act the court ruled against them being able to use.
Also, to normalize the violence they want to carry out against those that aren't far right subhumans that worship Trumps bigoted policies that Miller writes up, and their fascism.

If you think arresting illegal aliens has to involve masses of masked men in paramilitary get-ups you've made yourself one of the audience.
 

No, they're not, they're just grabbing people up and taking them to privately owned detention centers for weeks and months WITHOUT due process and WITHOUT rights, and sometimes even to "black" sites outside the country.
Again, when all of this is done in the proper professional manner the vast number of people support it.
That's WHY we have not SEEN protests like this until now.

My son's aide had to quit his job entirely last month (he's been working for 30 years) because his father took his mother, who has dementia, out shopping and when the father tried to get her back into the car, she became confused and started crying hard. ICE got on his ass right there in the street, heard the accent, and hauled this poor dude in. The mother absolutely lost her shit, I mean she has dementia, was already struggling and then she saw her husband being hauled off in handcuffs. My son's aide had to go collect the father, who has been a U.S. citizen for decades, and calm the mother and it was a giant mess. My son's aide has to be there for his mother full-time now to take her to her doctor's appointments and the like because he's the one who doesn't have an accent. And if his mother flips out again, which she will because she has dementia, and the father has to call for an ambulance and they arrive and hear the accent, it could just as easily happen again. Meanwhile, oh well, they still have a mortgage to pay. God knows how.

Yes, this shit actually happened.
