Troops And Marines Deeply Troubled By L.A. Deployment; "Morale Is Not Great"

Trump’s actions are an abuse of office.
The disrespect being shown to military personnel is unprecedented.
I feel sure most military folks have little respect for trump the draft dodging coward. They see him for what he is. A clown.

It's definitely theatre.
In 2024 there were 271,000 illegal aliens deported with no troops in the streets, no ICE agents dolled up like military and rolling into neighbourhoods in armoured vehicles.
All this escalation is just posturing and trying to provoke violence and civil unrest. And it's liable to work.

Fortunately, exactly as many as we're murdered by the mob on Jan 6th.

Unfortunately, that is due more to luck than the unwillingness of the mob to engage in violence against law enforcement, and -just as on Jan 6- they have indeed attacked cops.

The OP has but one link to the troops in LA growling about being deployed to city streets in a civil disturbance. The history of MAGAs is that anything and everything you don't like and reject is denied. No source unaccepted or unacceptable to the MAGAs line is accepted. My posting policy is not to get tied up on this endless cycle of MAGA absurdity. Your posts to the thread have no credibility. Zero.

They'd rather be in the mud training to face and defeat a foreign enemy force.
