The focus of my talk today will be on the ultimate transhumanist goal, what has been termed by Ray Cartswell, one of the leaders of the movement, as the singularity. In his book titled The Singularity is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology, he writes that there will be no distinction post-Singularity between human and machine or between physical and virtual reality. It’s very important to understand that transhumanism is simply the transitional stage between humanism and post-humanism. Make no mistake, the final goal is to eradicate humanity as we know it. Once you understand the final destination, it becomes much easier to look back and identify the psychological conditioning, the biological tampering, cultural grooming, and the educational prepping that we have been subjected to for decades in preparation for making us accept a post-human future. It takes a lot of physical and psychological abuse to get an intelligent species like ours to agree to its own extinction. Most, if not all, that has transcended in the last 60 years was designed to get us closer to accepting such a dystopian reality.

Whether you care to accept it or not, we live in a hyper-controlled matrix where our perception of reality is meticulously planned, managed, and executed in order to control and steer us in whichever direction they wish, and that direction is a post-human world. For this, they first needed to destabilize, dehumanize, and demoralize humanity through every means possible: the destruction of the nuclear family, children being indoctrinated by the state, abortion, the eradication of God and spirituality from education, life in mega cities and away from nature, toxic food, air, and water, social media replacing real human connection and interaction, engineered financial crises and taxation, endless wars and massive migration, stress, anxiety, depression, drugs, and alcohol, constant fear-mongering, moral relativism as the new religion, and I could go on and on about how humanity has been influenced and forced to move away from all the things that give us strength, security, purpose, and meaning.

A weak, immoral, disconnected, ignorant, and unhealthy population is an easy target for the next stage: the creation of an entire generation of androgynous beings. Masculinity is under attack psychologically, culturally, and biologically. Women are being replaced in sports, entertainment, and politics by men pretending to be women, and children are being indoctrinated at school to think that gender is a choice. The transgender movement is not a grassroots movement. It comes from the top. It has nothing to do with people’s freedom of expression, sexuality, or civil rights. It’s an evil psyop with a clear agenda to get us closer to transhumanism by making us question the most fundamental notion of human identity: our gender.

I think we are perfectly able to destroy our environment and ourselves with over population and fighting for the remaining resources. Why go to complicated theories like Transhumanism when pollution does the job so much more efficiently.

It is a confused mess of mixing fear of technological change with fear of cultural change. What seems to underlie it all is just a fear of change in general.

Humans and culture are completely different today from what they were 50 years ago, a few hundred years ago, a few thousand years ago, a few tens of thousands of years ago, or a few hundreds of thousands of years ago. That’s just the nature of the universe. Being afraid of change is natural, but can also be paralyzing and dangerous. Sure, change brings uncertainty, but you things that don’t change, die.

The conservative mind is afraid of change altogether. If they could, they would live in the 17th century days if the Puritans for all eternity. But we cannot stop change. The best we can do is to make sure that we are changing in a good direction. And I would suggest that our world today is a much better place than it was 50 years ago, a few hundred years ago, a few thousand years ago, few tens of thousands of years ago, or a few hundreds of thousands of years ago.

It seems strange to think that over the last 50,000 years there have been no improvements in our science and understanding of our world, our ability to control and modify our environment, our food security, our systems of governance, the sophistication of our legal systems, our longevity, our medical science/sanitation/public health/infectious diseases, etc, etc… There has even been a marked decrease statistically in the amount of violence and warfare all over the world(per capita) in the last few hundred years.

Given the choice of being born today vs a hundred years ago, or a thousand years ago, or 50,000 years ago- would you really spend a lot of time thinking about it?

My concern is that we undermine all of this potential for future growth with the argument that our biology has remained essentially the same, and so we should be skeptical of any new science or laws or social progress. Not sure we have to wait for our biology to change to be open to new ideas and social progress.

Sure. But that’s like how science works: you do experiments- some work, some don’t. But that’s how you learn and grow constantly.

I worry that the conservative mindset is thinking that what we have today, or some golden idealized past, is how things are really supposed to be, as intended by God or nature or something- and any new ideas, or attempts to reimagine the world the world in fundamentally new ways, is foolish and doomed to fail. That’s a surefire recipe for stagnation and closed mindedness.
