This topic isn't even a political one at this point, it's a biology topic. Biology shows the advantage clearly present and with this information, many liberals chose to twist this to their advantage clashing gender identity with biological facts, if the sport a trans woman is playing, is that important to her, then id simply encourage a transgender league. So there is no single upper hand or biological advantage that no-one can control.
