The A.I. analysis of the big bulbous bill says: It is an authoritarianism wrapped in bureaucratic language.

Senior Deep State officials can no longer be held in contempt of court for defying court orders. Buried in Section 70302 of the legislation— would severely restrict federal courts’ authority to hold government officials in contempt if they violate judicial orders, commit criminal acts or violate the Constitution. Courts have already ruled at least 170 times against the Trump administration, including a preliminary injunction sought by CLC that halted Trump’s unconstitutional attempt to change the rules for federal elections.

In response to many of these rulings, the president has resisted compliance and waged intimidation campaigns targeting the judges responsible. Just as important, this legislation protecting the deep state is retroactive to the start of the Trump Presidency. This basically shields the Deep State from any judicial rulings.

  • In light of all this, the House bill seems squarely and unacceptably focused on shielding the Trump administration from accountability when it breaks the law.
  • Deep State officials cannot be forced to testify about crimes before any congressional committee in the House or Senate.
  • Massively transfers power from the heads of government agencies to deep state officials appointed by the President. All professional positions within the government must be ruled by someone appointed by the President.
  • Section 43201(c) of the House reconciliation bill — would impose a 10-year ban on the enforcement of all state and local laws that regulate artificial intelligence (AI), including rules for AI’s use in political campaigns and elections. Currently, more than 20 states have already enacted laws to address election misinformation and manipulation made easy by new AI tools. These laws are meant to address real challenges for our democracy, like fake content that misleads voters about the candidates or issues on their ballot.
  • As technology develops, the public has already seen how AI can be used to depict events that never actually happened, discourage participation in elections, and even create false admissions of election interference. To protect voters from this harm, CLC and others have called on Congress to pass strong legislation regulating AI’s use in our democratic process. However, Congress has so far failed to act.
  • In that void, states across the country have stepped up and enacted safeguards, such as prohibiting AI from being used to intentionally deceive voters and requiring disclaimers that inform the public when election ads use content manipulated or generated with AI.
  • As proposed, only the deep state can control how A.I. is used in elections for instance. Thus only the deep state can create A.I. election fakes. It will make any state’s efforts to prevent A.I. election deep fakes illegal.
A current update to the proposed law is Extremely Toxic.
The proposed law included a provision that no court could issue a Restraining Order against any government entity or individual without the plaintive having to put up a bond. In anticipation of this becoming law, Federal judges have started issuing a requirement to post a bond of $1. Seeing this, the Toxic Big Bulbous Bill provision for bond was changed. It now states that anyone requesting a Restraining Order against the government or any government personnel must post a bond equal to the total amount the government may spend to fight the Restraining order. Thus, when an American citizen or a foreigner illegally imprisoned goes to a judge and the judge issues a restraining order against the government, the government will then inform the court of how much money it will potentially cost the government to fight the Restraining order. The DOJ has 36,000 full time lawyers with the taxpayers paying 100% of their salaries, But now it is possible for the DOJ to say "we have to use 100 lawyers at $1000/hr for 30 days so the victim must post a bond of $24 million in order to get a restraining order. This provision, if passed, will end all efforts by American Citizens to restrain the Deep State from any illegal, immoral, unethical or unconstitutional act against the people of America.

What I highlighted in red is huge...and from the interviews, etc, most of those voting on this arent even aware of it.
