Top 5 Best New Handguns Of 2021

It appears to be seriously unbalanced, and other than plinking paper targets, of very limited use.

Why not just get a regular, balanced, .22 pistol with a 50-round magazine?
Two reasons...1-I have several 22LRs and 22WMR pistols in high capacity already and 2-

5.7mm is still rather pathetic for anything other than paper targets or very small game. You are talking betweeen 340 ft. lbs and 400 ft. lbs at the muzzle. Which is an improvement over a .22 LR, but not by much. More importantly is how unbalanced the firearm is, the majority of the firearm and ammunition sits in front of the trigger. It may look "cool" but is otherwise rather useless.

Gun porn are pics on Dillon calendars with hot models holding machineguns. :D

now that was mean
showing a bunch of ammoholics photos of the things they will never have

What are these handguns better at this year, than last year's models? Do they kill more quickly? Painfully? Efficiently? Are they cheaper to run?
wait?!
by "best" they do not mean safest?

All the operational tests I've seen of it say otherwise. And frankly, at close to medium range the round is plenty effective. And maybe it never gets used for anything m ore than punching holes. Ive got that luxury.

Keep up. DB was referring to Taurus. So I brought up G3, as in a Taurus model.

Sorry but I instantly think of the H&K G3 rifle

Just like I think of a certain Porsche sports car when you mention cars and 911.

One range near me actually has a Berretta sub machine gun for rent (modified for semi-auto), plus a host of hand guns.
Its not uncommon for ranges to rent those out, but we're talking about renting Rossis, as I said I never saw a Rossi for rent.

What range wants to sell those over a nicer firearm?

I wouldn't be surprised if I saw a Rossi for sale at a gun shop, including gun shops with ranges, its just that I've never seen them for rent at gun shops or ranges.

Rental guns seem to be a marketing exercise, so I'd think that they'd rent the ones they want to sell.

true enough-that's why the range where I RO does that. They have the stuff people most likely want to buy

That makes sense, although some ranges rent out full automatics which is not stuff they would sell.

Its a cash cow. the range I patronize has a MP 5. They get like 40 bucks for two magazines of 9mm (this was back when it cost them 7 bucks for a fifty round box)

My local indoor range has an actual hand cranked Gatling gun for rent.

Neither have I

But just because you've never seem it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

That is called an argument from ignorance.

Effective against what, rabbits and squirrels? It would be damn foolish to use a gun that can barely deliver 400 ft. lbs against a human. There are a lot of people who like to buy firearms based upon appearance rather than functionality, and if that is what you want to do more power to you. Just don't be surprised when people laugh at how silly and impractical the firearm appears.

Both 9mm and .38 Special deliver 400 ft-lbs or less muzzle energy. The vast majority of firearm homicides have been committed with these two calibers.

I never said Rossis aren't rented out, all I said is that I never saw them being rented out. But whether they're rented out or not the fact remains I would not spend money to buy one.

Hey...heres a tip. Dont buy this gun. Dont even consider it. Its not for you.

Turns out he didn't say that it doesn't exist, so your post accusing him of making an argument from ignorance is actually a particularly reprehensible strawman.
