Just Transubstantiation nonsense. "Do this in remembrance of ME", nowhere does it say in the Bible that the elements are actual body parts. YES, I do believe that the HOLY SPIRIT holds people accountable for taking communion just because everyone else is doing it. One must do some soul searching, but that isn't Transubstantiation. And the Roman Catholic church at one time refrained from serving what they called the Eucharist as a means to attempt to Excommunicate an entire nation.
