To the party who claims to be all about law and order while complaining democrats are soft on crime, a question.

Anyone involved in either physically attacking the capitol building itself or who entered the capitol on january the sixth be pardoned by trump if he is reelected?

It was never "the party of law and order" in the entire history of its existence. If it was, all Republicans would be in favor of very strict gun control laws. Guess who wants violent crimes with firearms? Elephants have always been this way.

You mean vandalizing, like all the businesses across the country that didn't have shit to do with anything.
But no, guilty is guilty, and no pardon or dropped charges for anyone. Not even peaceful protesters..

You mean vandalizing
If you push through barricades, beat cops, bust out windows, heave-ho through locked doors while crushing cops half to death, roam through the hallways chanting "Hang Mike Pence" and "Nancy where are you?", and attempt to climb through a broken window towards a cop with his gun drawn who is ordering you and the angry crowd behind you to stay back, you've done a little bit more than just vandalizing. It was an attack.

Not even peaceful protesters..
Who got charged for peacefully protesting? Do you mean peaceful trespassers?

You asked two very distinctly different questions. Should violent offenders be pardoned? No.

Should people that walked into the capital building, often escorted by law enforcement officers who both held the entry doors open and then also motioned for where people to go to?

What exactly are they guilty of again?

And thousands of them were arrested and legally processed.

Trespassing at the least.

They are guilty of trespass, or any other crime you would be charged with if you entered a federal building that was closed to the public.
They knew the building was closed to the public; they knew there were barriers set up to keep them out, they of course knew that there was violence against the capitol police even if they did not partake. They knew they were trespassing.
Spare me the "escort" BS. Various capitol police testified at some point they were so overwhelmed there was no chance to oppose the trespassers.

Smashing one's way into the capitol and chanting hang mike pence is not 'marching' on a corrupt government. If you saw nothing wrong with 1/6, you are a part of the problem in america.

From all the video I've seen, it was very peaceful, a picnic kind of day.
Mostly...right? so...the violent offenders should be penalized and the rest...not...right?

It was a warm sunny day with plenty of green grass.
Next , I will explain that they only went inside the capitol to warm up a little.
