I have seen a muffled response to this lunatic taking office soon...

Where is the political muster to oppose his agenda of turning America back to 1959 (or 1859)

I hope my liberal friends show some backbone (I know how awful it is to have to go through Trump 2.0

Accepting this attempted reversal to 1959 is no good option...

Political opposition is seminal.

It is imperative to resist the rise of horror

What do you propose we do?

What do you propose we do?
I am only talking about apathy (which is understandable) which I see...It seems people (who have morals) have been beaten down by this wave of crazy...)

I just don't want people to give up

What do you propose we do?

Legislative pushback in public works.

But otherwise, we could hope for some serious schadenfreude hitting Republican voters and disaffected liberals and leftists.

I’m really opting for #2, to be honest.

Organise in local communities, speak to friends, post everywhere...

It's happening. Look online. Already a protest march the weekend before inauguration, as just one instance.

If Americans decided that they want this and many of the rest didn't care enough to show up, I don't know what to tell you. If the far right lets the rich ruin SS and Medicare, that's a different situation. I've spent an entire career paying into these programs, and I'll have to consider my options at that point.

I know. I am only noticing less resistance than Trump 1 (which, as I have said is understandable)

I just worry Trumpism has worn people down

I hope you still are covered...irrespective of party

It took me 4 years to shake by head clear of Voter stupidity in 2016..........................give me 3 months this time.............it was never trump, but rather the deplorable, gullible, morons who support anyone remotely like him.......

I know...It is though more muffled than before...

I know...beaten down we are by idiocracy

Thanks. If the far right steals from retirement to give to the rich, then that might shift things a bit.

As horrible as it is...maybe that wakes people up

This is all and well. But, you must remember the majority of the voting public prefers Trump.

Our problem isn't with Trump. Our problem is with our fellow Americans. Which makes it . . . difficult.

I hesitate to blame voters.

As we have engaged earlier, you are a good person...

What do we have to do?
