Tim Walz

Biden would have been except the prosecutor said he was too far gone.
A prosecutor has nothing to do with the House, R controlled.
Do you know what impeachment is? How many presidents have been impeached?

Yeah, that's the ticket Paradoxical...*everyone* who failed the California Bar the first time (but passed it the second time) is an idiot.

THAT's the ticket.

I mean, how many lawyers in California who failed the bar the first time are PARTNERS in their firms? Can't be any, right?

I can name a few lawyers in STL law firms who failed the Missouri bar - not as hard to pass (% wise) as the California bar - who are PARTNERS at large law firms, but hey....they must have slept their way to the top, amiright?

Heck, at this rate of lowering the bar for the Sept. 10 debate, Harris could just stay in bed and "win."
She's already won,

I searched for her cases and her courtroom demeanor and oratory skills and come up empty. I can just imagine her before the jury:

"Ladies, LGTBQ, ladies, His, hers, theys, whatnots of the jury, I am a person in a blue dress and standing if front of you and I identify as an "other". We must look past the future into the realm of the undetermined and have equity above all else because the past was the future at one time and yesterday was today before it was now and it in this time that we must focus on the now and convict this man of the dastardly offense of marijuana smoking and allow car jackers and liquor store robbers to go free because they are feeding their wonderful families while THIS individual who has the nerve to want to be called a HE or a HIM and will not refer to me as that person in a blue dress was caught smoking marijuana with a friend!!! We need to get tough on crime unless the person needs equity and started out in a hole and bring them up to the present where the future is now and........<snore, snore>

Her actual words are not available, just as no prosecutor's words are, so we can only go by the praise her colleagues, and even her adversaries, heaped on her, as I have already shown. You can try this tack of trying to dismiss her intelligence and ability, but it will never work.
But we do have her current unscripted words. Do they impress you?

I get the sense you've never tried a case in court.

Anyone who reads a "script" for closing argument is a hack.

Kamala failing the bar the first time isn't a big deal. Especially and particularly the California bar which has a first time pass rate of about 50%.

It's certainly not an indication of how bright or smart she is.

Q: How many bar exams have YOU ever taken?

I've taken 2: Missouri and Illinois.

Wouldn't have been surprised if I had failed both. In fact, before the results came out I was convinced I'd not passed the Missouri Bar Exam.

I did pass...but I DO know several law grads who failed (2 failed Missouri once; and 1 failed Missouri at least twice).

It's grueling - mentally and physically draining.

The people I personally know who failed still went on to have successful careers (one is a partner in a large, by STL standards, law firm in health care law; another went on to run his large firm's office in China).

Courtroom skills, and law practice skills don't necessarily = test taking skills.
Scripted means written ahead of time. Do prosecution and defense attorneys deliver any lengthy closing arguments off-the-cuff? Of course not.
But like it's already been mentioned, ,la's impromptu statements are hilariously vapid.

Yes.

Yes they do.

I had a partner who was a MASTER of it. And he had a smooth radio voice to go with it.

You don't know any real trial lawyers and have never set foot in a courtroom have you?

I can't fathom that stupid idiot passing the bar with Willie pulling the strings because she pulled something for him. Never mind in a courtroom. She's a babbling fool.

Feel the hate, Paradoxical. Feel the hate.....it's good for lower expectations about her debate performance on Sept. 10.

At this point, a cut-out of Kamala Harris could be on stage with him on Sept. 10 and it would be considered a win.

Both her and Timmy are running away from debates.

Is "dlike" your Freudian slip for dike? Your misogyny and racism are blatant and frankly, disgusting. You seem like a very sad, bitter, angry man.
Its so much empty babble posts. About as edgy as a marshmallow.

What a strange, perverse mind you have.
You're relatively new here. Did you know I sell mirrors at a discount? I am having a special soon (again) for the Libs of DP. You should put in an advance order as you are a prime candidate. Don't wait for Camela to become president and give you a free one.

First, it should be "Timmy" and she. Second, your ignorance is clear because they are both eager to have debates.
LOL. Are you SERIOUS. She has agreed to only one and he has agreed to exactly zero. WHERE do you get your news from, my friend?> PBS?

She's already won,

The funny thing is.....people who failed the bar exam the first time, but passed it later vote.

And the people who passed the bar exam the first time know that failing the bar exam on the first try - in any jurisdiction - isn't a sign of a lack of intelligence. And they vote too.

So, really.....who is Don-Old trying to appeal to with this line of attack??
