No you are not doing that unless you believe that other ethnicities are inherently inferior

You are doing that because you have decided that one applicant is a superior choice based on their race.

Looks do play an important factor in music industry but I used those three as an example because they are well known If I picked 3 random people I know you would have no clue who they were.

The music industry is kind of an anomaly n that it doesn't really pick based on looks, and it doesn't really pick based on talent. Plenty of attractive talented people who remain in obscurity.

It is more of a gatekeeper model where you are selected and elevated based on another set f criteria that the public usually doesn't see until the gate keepers are arrested.
 
Sounds more like someone isn't taking any of Trump's stupid bullshit. The military leaders do not like Trump after he poured insults onto them, including disabled vets, the deceased and Gold Star families, and claimed he was better informed on all military matters than the professionals running things. You'll be seeing more of these challenges to Trump's idiocy, guaranteed.

The GQP is not going to gloss over slavery and the other injustices of the past. There are not going to say that slaves benefitted from slavery either.

No. The requirement to drop DEI to resume teaching is what was requried.

The AF did just that as expected and now can resume.

Susan Boyle became famous because she was on a talent show and got publicity despite not being the most attractive. I'm just pointing out that the music industry is a hard example to use because it's selects on criteria that we generally don't see.

Depends which part of the music industry you're talking about; the vacuous top 40 formulaic crap is all about quick money, pretty faces and instantly forgettable boy bands. With that in mind I heartily agree with you, but there's a lot more to the industry than just pop music for the masses, as I'm sure you agree.

I agree completely. And generally the strata of "pop" music (insofar as the original meaning is music that is popular) would probably break down to the Taylor Swifts, the Amy Winehouses and the Susan Boyles. ;)

And the vocal talent probably runs in reverse of that list.

My favorite female singer today would be Rachel Price from Lake Street Dive, and their modest success stands as a testament, to me, that the industry doesn't really select on talent or looks...

So now slavery has to be included in Air Force history classes? I mean, sure, the Union Army had a balloon corps for battlefield observation, but do the causes of the war really need to be discussed at length? Or at all? It is, after all, a history of the Air Force and not a history of The United States. At some point you have to assume people know these things.
 
By using your brain and exercising a little common sense, something people suffering from TDS, in their zeal to solidify their own bias and prove their case that Trump and “MAGA Americans” are bigots, seem to have a hard time doing. 🤷‍♂️

While they happened to be “black Americans” or “female Americans,” you can emphasize first and foremost that they were Americans who loved their country even if it didn’t always appear to love them, and they more than earned their place in its history despite odds that seemed at times to be insurmountable. Due to obstacles placed in their path, they not only had to be good, but they had to be among the best—and they were!

But, they replaced the white men who had held those positions for the sake of diversity, which is exactly what DEI is all about.
 
I don't even know what "the creation of 'whitey'" is supposed to mean. So you can have this "talk" with yourself.
