“Conservatives” Are Single-Largest Ideological Group
Thus far in 2009, 40% of Americans interviewed in national Gallup Poll surveys describe their political views as conservative, 35% as moderate, and 21% as liberal.
Note to the RNC
Now all we need is for someone to be nominated that is a Conservative too, and will espouse Conservatives beliefs, and govern as a Conservative. Let R's nominate their candidates, not outsiders and sidewinders.
I'm sure there is a heap of Libs in the poll calling themselves "moderates", but of the 35% we only need a meager 11%.
It just shouldn't be that tough, regardless of the opposition's candidate.
