This Is How Tesla Will Die (The vultures are circling the tech giant.) (1 Viewer)

Saw this sticker on a Cybertruck as I was driving home tonight :D

Dang those things are fuggugly!

Other pick-up builders, after seeing the public willingness to drive your basic cemetery vault just to save on gas with the atmosphere taking an even greater hit with all the processing of materials and minerals, should reduce their costs significantly by manufacturing something conventionally powered only slightly more attractive.

They could even build the thing as a hybrid or a three cylinder as nobody is using those flimsy toasters to actually carry anything.

How is dropping 6% in one day ‘flatlining’??
What, you’ve got a stake in Tesla stock? Why get defensive about a little hyperbole?

I might not exactly call it flatlining, losing more than double than the markets did today on a percentage basis, but that stock is down 40.04% YTD. Now that’s something to get bent about…

I’m sure Tesla is a part of the mutual funds I own, but not sure why that matters.

Unless you’re a day trader, a drop of 6% in one day is disastrous.

Well, it was you questioning the term “flatlining” that @Demon used. 🤷🏻‍♂️ So tell me why that matters.

No doubt about that. It sure can. But also depends on how much you’re working with.

If I’m long TSLA, I guess I’m not so concerned with today’s 5.75% drop as I am asking myself why I continue to stick with it when it has dropped 40% in 3 1/2 months. What’s it take for people to figure out they’re holding onto a turd?

Some of the older model Teslas were built fairly well, the CyberTruck was put together with tape and low impact glue. I will never understand after looking at some of the latest reviews on the CyberTruck why anyone would want to buy it. One of the worst made vehicles made ever.

Ya know, if this country ever wanted to promote the use of electric cars, Tesla was NEVER the place to start. They are grossly overpriced. The average low income magat who voted for trump can't even come close to buying one. Not that they care about this planet...they would rather see their tax dollars going towards trumpdumps rising cost of cheating at golf.....I hope muskrat loses his pasty white beady eyed ass.
Exactly. Tesla wasn't a cheap electric car, they were billed as the luxury electric car.

One niche that still has few competitors for.

Add in the fact that Musk financed his purchase of Twitter with his Tesla stock as collateral, the dropping value of Tesla is very close to forcing banks to do a margin call on that stock, which will further tank the value of Tesla in the market.
Damn

Sorry, the line is flat. ;)

Right, and the department of DOGE didnt start until Jan. 2025, so the person driving that Cybertruck very well could've have bought it between 2023 and Jan. 2025 which would make his sticker accurate

Musk started down the crazy train line when he bought twitter, going more nuts as time went on

You will notice I cited problems that predate the March 30 date with his nazification of twitter.

But Elon didnt join DOGE until 2025, which is also when the attacks on cybertrucks started.

Hence the reason for the bumper sticker
He was doing nazi stuff before doge and no cybertruck owner has any excuse.
