There are only two genders

People speak out against "the church " all the time.
Okay. It was the Church criminalizing anything not Christian that caused the problem. The answer you're looking for, again, is THE CHURCH.

Are you a churchgoer?
I am missing the Renee Richards reference tho??
1970s. Long time ago.

You can't pick and choose tho. I still believe trans should have their own division.
Their own division is just a way to say they can't play, because you know that can never happen as the numbers would not support being able to do that. Just a tricky way to exclude under the guise of inclusion.

What law is there that you must believe in Chistianity?
The same law that says you have to believe in transgenderism. None.

You realize there still exist people who believe blacks are animals? Belief is irrelevant, which is why the OP is plumb stupid. It's about rights, not beliefs.

I no longer am a churchgoer per se. I am not against going to church. I would be more like a visitor at times.
I was just wondering what Renee Richards did that was so memorable to some. I was a teen in the 70's and did not follow sports.

You aren't any kind of authority on the meaning of the word. If you want to know how it's defined read the definition.

Why is this so hard?

au contraire I believe, it being a matter of importance to all humans, each human being has a say on the matter.

At the rate things are transforming it could happen sooner than you think.

Binary choices make life simple. None of this is new either if we look at how some cultures have handled the issue of gender, with some developing their own definition. The expression of gender has fluctuated over time as well, so it's always been rather fluid. The definition of sex is the one tied to one's biology, but just because you have a penis or a vagina does it mean your expression of gender is going to be predefined.

Good. I was thinking your church beliefs clouded your thinking. They still may. Can't tell.

Damn, woman. PROFFESSIONAL TENNIS PLAYER. How many times?

Here, good spot for wiki:

The obvious joke is that she played mixed doubles by herself.

This is just right wing mania. I believe you can look at things objectively, but you keep reverting back to right wing bumper sticker scare tactics.

Not tricky at all. How would you feel if your daughter trained for a sport for years and was a shoe-in to win her division and then "boom" a trans popped in and stole her life long achievement? It usually doesn't affect someone until it hits home.

The problem with that is there is no set of fixed behaviors based on your sex; that has shifted in a wide variety of cultures, so it's not as if having a penis means you will exhibit the same kind of behavior as other men.

Knowledge of how the human body operates, especially the brain is not exact science.

And I hate to even consider psychology a science. Its all shamanism.

I can be really thick at times with jokes!

All this talk of popcorn, I think I will go get some. I brought home 2 big bags from the movie theatre ...
Peace out!

It costs just as much to society to shun people as it does to accept them.
Actually it costs much more; compare how much money was spent on gender legislation and lawsuits from say before 2013, and then 2014 until today. With no end in sight right now, costs will continue spiral upwards in the future.

Add long term to that, and the costs continue; getting rid of laws and the of trying and/or incarcerating 'offenders' is open-ended expensive. When these laws get unbearably oppressive and the collateral and societal damage are finally studied post-legislation, these laws will be questioned, quantified, and reversed (we hope).

Ask yourself, is this good for America and supports freedom for all?

Well it depends. Was the transwoman equal in ability to my daughter, or did she have a decidedly huge advantage over her and the rest of the girls in the league? The great thing about sports is that the favorites can and will lose.
