Ah, gotcha. Didn't think you were serious
I'm not a Cop but know that they are NOT trained to wound someone in the leg.
Thats a ridiculous notion that could only come from watching too any cheesy detective shows.
The are trained to aim for the center line of the torso of the body. They are trained to STOP THE THREAT.
Don't reference the autopsy reports and then perpetuate the the BS that he was shot fleeing.
In reference to this issue you people have been so wrong on so many levels and you STILL haven't learned to be objective.
They can't...they were getting gassed.....
Of the two autopsies, there showed no struggle. Mr. Brown was unarmed. There was clearly excessive use of force...6 shots, two to the head, nobody is a threat after eating 5 bullets, one of which to the head. This was an act of police brutality. Even if Mr. Brown was a threat to the life of the police officer, which he was not, a shot to the leg would have sufficed as self defense, not 6 including multiple to the head.
Oh common im not even trained in firearms and I can shoot a bottle from the hip. It was obviously overkill. Dead men tell no tales. When someone doesnt have a weapon arent you supposed to taze them or something?

Bull****. When someone runs they are likely to keep their head straight up. Or if running really really fast even **** it back a little. How does one run with your head so far down the bullet goes through the eye, out the bottom of jaw and into the collar bone? They dont. You gotta be laying down with your head tilted a bit up. Like someone laying on the ground who doesnt want their chin/face/head actually touching the ground. Looking up as you lay down.Wrong.
First of all only the details of the second PRIVATE autopsy have been released the first is not available yet.
The ME Dr. Baden only had limited information at hand as he had no access to other evidence such as the hospital records where Wilson was taken for treatment to facial injuries. Those records and details are still part of the official investigation which Baden had no part in.
The fact that the officer was taken to the hospital indicates yes there were signs of a struggle Baden simply ignored that focusing on Brown.
Number of shots does not prove excessive force or brutality sorry and yes some people might be a threat after being shot multiple times even five times. Every shooting is different and some people require more fire power than others to bring them down and stop the threat.
What Baden has confirmed is all of the shots entered from the front except one to the top of the head which is consistent with someone running toward the shooter.
Noone has yet provided evidence that the officers supposed account is true but if it was then is then yes Brown was a threat. Accodring to accounts of the officers statement Brown attacked him in the vehicle and attempted to wrest control of the gun he then ran, turned and charged the officer.
Now of course none of that is proven but it is also not proven false. We have to wait for the evidence to be released. If the claim of the officer is true then the shooting was justified.
The problem for people trying to convict the officer based on no evidence such as yourself is that the limited information we have supports SOME details of what the officer is reported to have said.
None disputes him
Ah, so you want the police to do it eh? But, as long as they don't have the gear to keep them safe.So you want peaceful protesters to confront violent pillagers? Not everyone is as brave as you.
Your implication that the young man was executed is disgusting.Bull****. When someone runs they are likely to keep their head straight up. Or if running really really fast even **** it back a little. Speculation on your part. Its not inconceivable that someone charging another person does so with their head slightly down or with forward momentum falling down exposing the top of the head, particularly if the officer is aiming center mass.

Your profanity not withstanding you are clearly ignorant.
Just watch a ball game or a war/action movie it is common normal posture to bend slightly forward and look down while running. Notice I never said it is always how everyone runs nor did I insist that it was exactly how Brown was carrying his upper body while running but it is very common typical and normal when someone is in a dead run as the officer has supposedly claimed.
Here is an example.

Now of course you or I could find many images of people running with a straight posture just as easily but it is pretty much laid to rest that running bent foward and head down is norma;.
Nice try though
I see what you are saying. But at 6'4" and taller than the cop, being shot in the very top of the head would mean he'd have to have his head a lot lower than those pics don't you think?

No not really
ok well the head still isnt down enough. He would have to be flying like superman. Good try though. I knew someone would bring sprinters into the mix.
oh 12345I don't think you understand what I wrote. I said his head would have to be lower than those pics suggested. You are agreeing with me.
well who could possibly argue with that solid logic?
