Nope. Who told you that?Angela Alsobrooks once worked for WaPo, so it's no surprise that they've given her their endorsement.
Does Bezos sees Hogan as a greater threat than Trump to our democracy?
The Post endorses Angela D. Alsobrooks for U.S. Senate in Maryland
I prefer that people vote in their own self interest. It sucks when one person's self interest impacts millions of voters. I'm looking at you American oligarchy.Does Bezos sees Hogan as a greater threat than Trump to our democracy?
The Post endorses Angela D. Alsobrooks for U.S. Senate in Maryland
I stand corrected. Her father worked for the Washington Post - not Angela.Nope. Who told you that?
I know. Fact checking is your friend. And even if she had worked for the Post eons ago, do you actually believe that obligates them to endorse her?I stand corrected. Her father worked for the Washington Post - not Angela.

It's Maryland where it's a very safe bet, too. It would be way more news if they endorsed the Republican.
Reagan was in favor a path to citizenship. What an astonishingly brave act!
It must have taken real balls to make that known. The controversy unleashed will be tidal!!!!!!
The Washington Post hasn't been relevant beyond its crosswords since the Reagan administration. The Toronto Globe and Mail has better DC coverage than WAPO.
Hogan (R-MD) is actually endorsed by Trump, even though (hysterically) he ran as far away from that endorsement as he possibly could (see: Ballotpedia's article on the Senate race). It would be interesting to do a study of how many people WaPo has endorsed against/for that Trump has also endorsed. That said, one of the key components of the strategy of hedging against a Trump victory would be endorsing his opponents. It's why Kamala Harris (D-CA) campaigned in Houston, Texas -- and not Austin. Etc.I find it newsworthy that they feel Hogan deserves to be opposed, but Trump doesn't. Where's the logic in that?
