Celibate men are shamed more then sluts.
That's because many times it's not a choice, but because the man has some sort of issue that he needs to work through. Of course, shaming him for it isn't going to help him with that.
The issue is simple. Most men who earn >45K/y have partners. Men who do not earn
should not look for partners.

It's really this simple. A slut is simply a woman that will have casual sex with nearly anyone, a bitch is a woman that will have casual sex with nearly anyone but you. The communication (vocabulary?) problem is that many men mistakenly refer to bitches as sluts.

No, I'm saying that socially speaking there is very little motivation to treat men like women since women are often the ones with the most choices.
Though really, society will always have a higher motivation to shame women for the behavior since the risk for the woman is higher and thus so is the potential loss for society at large.

I don't even know what the hell a slut is, dude. But even if I did, yes, women are entitled to be one. So are you if you want, I guess. People are entitled to live their own lives however they damn well please, and people who make it their constant mission to be judge and jury of people doing what they like are just sad.

I wouldn't try too hard. My genuine attempt to get through to Celebrity in the parental rights thread failed miserably because it just kept coming back to a men vs. women thing. And that's really all this is. Women get called sluts regardless if they are promiscuous or virgins. It doesn't matter. It's about the male gaze and entitlement to dictate to women what their place is in the world. I think these views are still present in the younger generation but far, far less and I am so thankful that the dinosaurs who perpetuate this crap are either going to die soon, or enter into senility and no one will care.
When I enter a thread and the idea of a "slut" is centered on women, there's already a problem. I've seen men called sluts. Again, who cares about people who sleep around? All I can do is control my own choices.
If you don't like promiscuous behavior then don't be promiscuous. But you don't get to tell someone else what they can and cannot do. Slut shaming is evil and I am glad it's on its way out.

I don't think all women are clueless about how to leverage that risk. Women commonly think that they have a shorter window of time in which to treat men. On average, female peak growth during puberty begins earlier and ends sooner than male peak growth during puberty. So not all women are little girls lying around waiting for a man to come into the picture.
If women don't approach men sexually, then how can women be sexually promiscuous?
Ok so women who are more promiscuous happen to have more exposure, I guess that makes sense. I always wondered how the fat, loud and dumb were bred. Now we know it's all in the 'loud.'
