Not any more it isn't. The amnesty executive order says it is OK to ignore laws that you don't like. If we don't hire the illegals we will instead pay them to not work. So hire illegals for as little as you can and let the government go bankrupt trying to support unemployed citizens.

This POTUS is driving this Nation off the cliff. Talk about destructive.
