The out of control gop strikes again in Oklahoma, as if they don't have enough problems already with schools.

I've known the problem for years, tell our politicians who want to stick their noses into what can and can't be taught and give the school system more money. Our kids are the future of America, do we want to start dumbing them down in grade one? Look at this administration and all you see are unqualified people running things so don't blame the dumbing down of America on the Democrats.

Hire more immigration judges and have more immigration courts. You guys make it sound like Biden was at the border handing out sandwiches and cokes to those wanting to come to America.

The NEA exists almost exclusively to fund the Democratic party and to strong arms schools and to not firing shit teachers. This is communism in effect that's a leftist thing the idea would be to dissolve the nea.

He was. You're talking about immigration judges this has nothing to do with immigration. Illegal aliens are Invaders they need to be removed that's all the process do determine if they got here illegally and if they did out you go never to return. That's it.

I wasn't alive in the sixties so I didn't see what you people were doing to black students when they decided to come into the schools I went to school in the 90s and there were no armed guards walking students in on the school I went to I was in the minority as a "white person".

So I get you people through with it when your segregation was ended but you learned how stupid it was in the first place.

So? Affirmative action was law and that was racism. A bunch of ACLU quinsman decided black people were too stupid to achieve things on their own and needed government assistance.

It is not the law and it was not put in place to give jobs to those who didn’t qualify. Your straw man version of it is false. DEI is not equivalent to racism nor was Affirmative Action. Affirmative Action was put in place to combat actual discrimination against black people in employment opportunities. It wouldn’t have been necessary without this actual discrimination taking place. Neither one of these things ever discriminated against anyone.

Actual white supremacy about falsely claiming that whites are better by dint of their skin color and all other races should just meekly accept their secondary status in white dominated society. It was whites who enslaved blacks, not the other way around. It was whites who denied equal treatment to blacks, not the other way around. Racist whites never attempted to right their wrongs against blacks, and so had to be legally made to do so. They brought all this on themselves and now cry victim when they have been the victimizers all along. Slavery is racist. Segregation is racist. Jim Crow is racist. Redlining is racist. Over incarceration is racist.

We have friends that live in New Hampshire that send us pictures of turkeys in their yard all the time, yet they also live in a state with high incomes, low poverty, low crime, and great schools.

Point being, it is possible to be well governed and still have turkeys.

I live in the city so no Oklahoma turkeys for me. I do have friends with urban chicken coops though.

Nonetheless, I feel that I am not handicapped in the slightest by my local governance.

Our Governor and our soon to be resigned Education secretary are both toolbags..but neither have a meaningful impact on my personal life.
