Are the police so freaked out by the sight of a gun laying on the ground they need to kill somebody for having seen it? It will be interesting to see what the defense will be: The suspect needed killed because he might have used the gun before disarming? He may have had another gun up in the air that he was reaching for after dropping the first one and putting his hands up? The possibilities are endless...

At least the victim got in a good punch before meeting his maker; preemptively, hitting the cop was justified too!
