No, it isn't fake news. It's real news.
OK, it isn't "fake" news. It's just failed "news".

Mississippi being Mississippi. Every negative stereotype you have ever heard about Mississippi is true.

Its real news reported piss poorly.
What's the fail? They reported on facts, yes? There were nooses hung around the capitol, correct? 7 of them or so. With some signs, too. Just what the AP said.
The fact that you COMPLETELY ignore the context of the presentation and even go so far as to say that the reporting of it without the context was fair and reasonable is disappointing. It's also a reflection of the current political climate to which you seem to adhere.
Yup...Mississippi being Mississippi. Every negative stereotype you have ever heard about Mississippi is true.
The democrats have moved on from their klan days. Back when democrats where wearing those robes they were able to lynch handfuls. Today, democrats have ****ed over millions and millions of black Americans in ways their Klan ancestors could only dream of.Yup...
Mississippi Democrats are still hanging nooses.
Sadly...there is plenty of evidence that the results they anticipated getting have already born fruit, and the people they are targeting are indeed just that ****ing stupid.Whoever hung those things think that voters are stupid.
I hope that the election results today show that most voters are not.

It wasn't a hoax. It was an anti-racism protest.
The pictures of the signs are here on this Facebook post - https://www.facebook.com/MissDPS/posts/1931408336896201
It's beyond me that people would see this as racist in any way. Then again, we're at a point in our history where common sense and the ability to discern context are utterly lost on a great number of people who only see racism and hate.
Looks like the race-mongering attempts by dems didn't work. She just won quite handily
What context? I read the article. It says that the nooses were hung there by people who wanted to make some point that lynching victims shouldn't be forgotten. And I think that's sick. I don't approve of anyone posting nooses for any reason. So what context did you get from the article that was crystal clear to me?
On cue.
A bunch of idiot leftists made a pathetic little protest display COUNTING on the fact that a bunch of like minded idiots would read a headline and ignore the facts and start their usual idiot "racist" dance.
The context being that it was a Democratic protest about Hyde's comments. It wasn't a racist display.
I never said it was a racist display. Nor did the article, given the fact that it was crystal clear that the nooses were accompanied by signs that were clearly placed there by Hyde-Smith's opponents. So again, there was no "fake news" here. Nor any missing context. The AP reported factually.
You may not have, but others in this thread believed that to be the case because of misleading headlines.
