This is a complaint we hear often. Congress approved more money to hire and train Judged for this court. The Trump answer? Fire the Judges we have left.

You see, if the Courts don't work, we can pretend that the people have no rights. Lovely isn't it? Of course, the result will be exactly the opposite. The Immigration lawyers will file motions in Federal District Court and the actions of the Administration will be proof of the effort to deny the people their rights.

Fix the law first.

How do you suggest?

It’s easy to be a critic.
Clear and concise, with no room for reinterpretation.

Isn't that what you're doing?
I keep trying to engage in discussions focused on resolving issues.

It looks like these folks were under probationary terms or basically were not doing what was needed and so were "fired" by not having their terms extended or made permanent.

As the article notes, they are hiring hundreds of new judges. It is likely those judges will go through the same sort of initial term and potential permanent appointment noted above.

The real question will appear to be, were the enforcers doing their jobs of enforcing?

Clearly the Trump administration has had quite a time with errant judges who ignore the law, ignore the SC and do whatever they want to accomplish the agenda they desire. If Trump has the power to not retain or fire such judges and replace them the it is smart to do so.

That is what it seems like is happening here.

Immigration is changing for the better.

We have a union for judges??
That's your answer right there. Getting rid of that union. Can't say I'm not against that.
