1. I show you evidence that Comey behaved in a way favorable to Trump

2. You claim he only did that to disguise his true favoritism of Hillary.

In other words, any evidence I can point to that shows you that Comey did not favor Trump will be dismissed by you as a ruse to hide his true favortism. In other words, your belief can never be disproven--it's unfalsifiable.

This is classic delusional conspiracy theory thinking.

Rosenstein concluded that Comey acted inappropriately when he announced the reopening of the investigation against Hillary Clinton.

Comey and the FBI seriously damaged Hillary's campaign weeks before the election.

Someone explain why Comey would violate policy to damage Hillary if he was working to help Hillary?

Comey got cold feet when he realized that it may get out that they had information about Hillary's emails on
Carlos Danger's computer. They had that info for a month & apparently hoped they would get to election day
without revealing that info. So Comey chickened out and came clean about a week before election day, if they
had revealed all info at the time they learned about it the reputation of Comey , McCabe and others wouldn't
have been sullied to the extent that is is to this day with both camps claiming properly so that Comey screwed up
big time!

Two days later, on October 28, just 11 days before the election, Comey sent his letter to Congress saying that “in connection with an unrelated case, the F.B.I. has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation” of Clinton.

I already addressed that issue. My opinion is just as valid as the collusion narrative, probably more so since we actually have emails of FBI Trump haters discussing it.

You hear Comey's own reasons? He though Clinton was going to win, and he did not want to hurt Hillary's Presidency if it was found out that she was under investigate and the FBI failed to tell anyone before the investigation.

Again, Rosenstein clearly explained that he had absolutely no requirement to announce that she was under investigation. So, if he was genuinely anti-Trump he would have just followed the rules and not announced.

The fact that he announced proves that he wasn't really anti-Trump.

But you and the other conspiracy theorists can't explain the conspiracy. Am I to believe the FBI's entire plan was to spy on Trump hoping that he discusses crimes while on the phone with Carter Page?

Explain to me what the plan was.

Maybe if the FBI had bugged Trump's phone and offices, then maybe they would have some small hope that he would openly talk about a crime. If you work for the FBI, you've done years of surveillance. You know that even when you have bugs everywhere you'll be lucky to overhear something criminal. But they didn't have Trump's phone bugged or his offices and home. They didn't bug restaurants where he met. What exactly was their plan?

If you have a conspiracy theory you have to be able to explain it in such a way that it makes more sense. The government blowing up the Twin Towers makes more sense than what you claim.

2. The conspiracy theory doesn't actually make any sense. The FBI spied on Trump in the hopes that they would overhear what? Where were the bugs to overhear secret conversations? Was Trump going to tell his deepest darkest secrets to Carter Page?

Let's say the FBI overheard Trump say, "I laundered money for the Russians in Atlantic City." OK, what would they do then? How would they get a warrant to search his bank records without revealing their evidence? Let's say they somehow got a search warrant without revealing how they got the information, you still have field agents who know where the information came from. Comey and McCabe would be sitting there listening to hours of conversations. Some field agent would. They would know the secret and could expose them.

The plot makes no sense. Give me a rational explanation of how this takedown would work.

Where did I ever say that any evidence was planted to counter my theory? I never said that anywhere. My view of the plan was that they'd cobble together enough circumstantial evidence, from the dossier and elsewhere, to discredit Trump as a viable president and make him resign. What they didn't count on was not being able to find anything substantive. It's why we've seen Stormy Daniels come into the picture. It's desperation time.

The money that went to Cohen is a valid avenue of investigation. Similarly, that $150 million (not $4M) that went to the CF in the wake of the Uranium One negotiations is also a valid avenue of investigation. Influence peddling is influence peddling no matter who does it. It's interesting how donations to the CF have plummeted since Hill has no power to wield.
