The Elephant In The Room WRT The "Cycle Of Violence"

Thats what I said on 9-11-01. 🤷‍♂️

Gotta expect your foreign policy will eventually lead to undesired blowback.

They also never said these things when Israel was attacked on the 7th October.

It's also important note that Judaism was a religion long before Islam. In the religious war between the two Islam is the newcomer.

While the State of Israel was established on 15 May 1948 and admitted to the United Nations, a Palestinian State was not established. The remaining territories of pre-1948 Palestine, the West Bank - including East Jerusalem- and Gaza Strip, were administered from 1948 till 1967 by Jordan and Egypt, respectively.
"Behold, you are with child / And shall bear a son; / You shall call him Ishmael, / For the Lord has paid heed to your suffering."[4] The Angel commanded Hagar, "Return to your mistress [Sarai] and submit to her."

...Isaac was born to Abraham by his first wife Sarah when she was 90 years old (Genesis 17:17), after she had ceased showing any signs of fertility (Genesis 18:11)....

...and Sarah asked Abraham to expel Ishmael and his mother, saying: "Get rid of that slave woman and her son, for that slave woman's son will never share in the inheritance with my son Isaac."[6][7] Her demand was painful for Abraham, who loved Ishmael. Abraham agreed only after God told him that "in Isaac your seed shall be called", and that God would "make a nation of the son of the bondwoman" Ishmael, since he was a descendant of Abraham (Genesis 21:11–13), God having previously told Abraham "I will establish My covenant with [Isaac]", while also making promises concerning the Ishmaelite nation (Genesis 17:18–21)."

Perhaps because the brave Hamas warriors slaughtered hundreds of innocent civilians by design for the sole sin of being Jews in Israel.

It has little to do with that and more to do with conning people that it did all happen in a vacuum. And also to redirect the focus from the fact that nearly 400 of those killed in the attack were legitimate military targets. Can't have this idea that some of the acts were legitimate in a war for national liberation, that kind of gives us something else to consider and is therefore to be excluded from the debate.

The idea is to present a no context/false context so to discuss events in a purely pro Israeli setting. Just like what your posts do every time.

This IDF action, here and now, has everything to do with the slaughter of hundreds of innocent civilians.

What "legitimate military targets" were to be found at the festival or in the homes and bedrooms of Jewish Israelis?

You can’t go back and rewrite history. It is over. It is absolutely absurd to think that Israel should give up territory just because some Palestinian great-grandfather had some olive trees there or that Israel should be destroyed.

You don't own land simply because your ancestors lived there. You aren't entitled to land simply because your ancestors lived there.

Was what happened to Natives horrific? Yes.
Should the history be taught? Yes.
Should the horror be taught and recognized? Yes.

Should a literal war be waged and people slaughtered because of what happened generations ago? No
Should there be a literal hatred and call for the murder of the inhabitants of the land? No
Should MILLIONS of current residents and vast infrastructure, institutions, governments, societies, etc....be displaced so that the ancestors of original inhabitants can re-claim the lands? No.

Your positions on Palestinians AND Russia seem to be that somehow...because somewhere in time....people lived on land - that land belongs to the one that claims ancestry. That people can fight and KILL for that, and literally act as terrorists and attack civilians over it. That they are justified in doing such, in fact. And that those who fight BACK against those individuals need to be held to a higher standard and are guilty of some "crime" by being on the land or not wanting to give the land back over to those claiming "ancestry".

That is simply NOT how the world works. It just isn't. It may not be right, it may not be fair...but that's what the vast majority of humans have decided. Law rules, not "but my family lived here".

And legally, Israel exists as does Ukraine.
The problem is displacement is still ongoing. That also sounds a lot like Netanyahu’s excuse.
