I wouldn't say that. For starters, illegal immigrants often engage in identity fraud/theft, which isn't a victimless crime. If you get into a traffic accident with an undocumented driver, chances are good they don't have insurance. They still do use public resources, even if it's just adding extra students to school systems. They also enable an economic system that encourages maximization of efficiency over dependable jobs and income, which is not their fault of course - that's the design of the system. But they do enable it.

All of those concerns aside, at the end of the day, undocumented immigrants are people like the rest of us, and they're entitled to basic dignity, respect, and whatever protections the law would provide for anyone accused/convicted of a crime. They're being scapegoated for everything that's wrong with the country when they're not the ones who make the policies that screw us over. In a sense, many of them were screwed over by those same policies when they were living in their home countries (NAFTA's impact on Mexican farming, for instance).
