Trump has been masterful on the NK issue. He holds all the cards and has nothing to lose and knows it. Kim holds no cards and can only gain if he plays ball. We were serious about the talks as witnessed by Pompeo's trips and the fact that a logistics team waited three days for the NK delegation to show up and they never did. Then Trump pulled the rug from under Kim by cancelling the meeting before Kim could make a show of doing it, because Kim was running his yap. That made Kim think that maybe he was going to get his ass kicked after all, which sent him scurrying back to the table. That's how you use leverage with an opponent and get him to do what you want.

We did not destabilize Libya. The revolt was already under way when we entered the conflict by providing support to the Euros.
