The Build Back Better Plan gets watered down

If you don't like the Justice System in the US and supporting fat donnie means you don't like the Republic either, just find yourself another country.
Supporting Trump means someone supports Trump. That is entirely consistent with loving the Republic.

I don't support Trump, I defend him when he's attacked.

You standard is for shit!
Ad hominems, as usual.

These lists are NEVER worst at the top. Are you claiming that level of naivete. I am inclined to believe you are that naive.
They are when you specify that second place is second worst. You screwed up. Own it and go on.

Not close....Trump is the worst of this century. In fact given his ranking, (in the usual way, Best to worst) he is the worst President of the 20th Century AND the 21st Century.
Trump is the best President this year and I have polling data to prove it.

I would not put Trump with the best president of the last 120 years, but better than average. The list of accomplishments is impressive.

You specified Obama as second-worst meaning worst at the top. To be consistent with your other statements, I assumed you meant Trump was worst.
Is your reading comprehension bad or are you simply unscrupulous.
This is what I posted:
"Obama was the 2nd worst President of modern era IMO. But Donnie is so far down the list that even Obama is looking down at him. Heck even Bush 43 is looking down at him"

However the list is a complete list of all Presidents. It always is a complete list of all Presidents and it is always Best to Worst.

The modern era is usually since WW II and sometimes further back, depending on the subject.

However the list is a complete list of all Presidents. It always is a complete list of all Presidents and it is always Best to Worst.
Not if you specify otherwise.

You screwed up. Own it and move on.

I say since the original is being somewhat diminished then the USA should issue a few more rounds of economic growth encouragement checks say throughout the winter. As a christmas gift to the people
who fund this political football activity. And for those who suffer as a result of political football.

Put this to the people who would no doubt demonstrate overwhelming support. WE want our money to
go where it needs to go. WE cannot trust elected officials which is why taxpayers should be the spenders.

Then the money moves directly back into the economy at the speed of light. Of course the government should rehabilitate all federal highways and bridges.

Of course the government should fund health care insurance as a means to stop health care dollars from
filling political campaign cookie jars.

I didn't screw up.
"Obama was the 2nd worst President of modern era IMO. But Donnie is so far down the list that even Obama is looking down at him. Heck even Bush 43 is looking down at him"
Lists of the Presidents are always compiled from best to worst. Therefore "Donnie so far down the list that even Obama is looking down at him" says exactly what it meant.

Your childish effort to make something out of nothing is again a FAIL.

I repeat, either your reading comprehension skills are weak or you are unscrupulous. Here, I will add a third option for you. You are just trolling.

Here I have a challenge for you. Show me a list of Presidents by ranking that is Worst to Best instead of Best to Worst, either a complete list of the modern era Presidents. Oh and WW2 forward does not cut it as "the modern era". The only one that you will find that is a "worst to best" is a 10 worst Presidents list. That one won't cut it either. Listed worst to best won't cut it either. A ranking of 44th is still Worse than a ranking of 40th regardless of how the list is presented. Go ahead....I'll wait.

What are your thoughts on the legislation?

I've thought for some time we shouldgrow the CTC, but, we desperately need to CUT spending. We can't afford any of this. :(

More targeted socialism for farmers. On page 36 of the build back better bill, you will find the small farmer debt forgiveness.

This also outrages me. Farmers are a welfare entity today.
They get low interest loans or grants as part of their day to day operations. Everytime a storm comes through, the government compensates the farmer.

Now they want to forgive the low interest debt altogether?

I never got any government welfare for my business. Mom and pop drug stores, liquor stores hardware stores all went out of business as times changed. Not the small farmer. The government has treated them like a welfare queen for decades.

Time to let them sink or swim on their own, like any other business.
The small farmer has been under assault from farming conglomerates for 50 years. Why do you hate Americans that want to produce food for us? They do not have the powerful lobbyists that the conglomerates use to get the advantage. Take a look at U.S Sugar if you want an example...

Top Five Reasons to End U.S. Sugar Subsidies

The sugar program has cost taxpayers billions. For American taxpayers, the sugar program has led to billions of their hard earned dollars being wasted propping up the sugar industry. Estimates show that from 2000-2001 the sugar program cost taxpayers almost half a billion dollars. In 2013 nearly $300 million was charged to taxpayers by the program, and the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) projects the program will cost taxpayers an additional $115 million over the next 10 years.

2. Consumers pay the price for sugar subsidies. As a result of the sugar program, the average wholesale price of domestically produced sugar in the U.S. is more than twice the average world price of sugar, an average of 14.87 cents higher per pound. For instance in August of 2015 the U.S. sugar price of 33.13 cents per pound was more than double that of the world price of 15.57 cents. This means that American consumers are not only footing the bill for these government backed handouts to big sugar, but are being made to pay higher prices for sugar and related goods as a result.

3. Sugar subsidies are crony capitalism at its worst. Much like the beleaguered Ex-Im Bank, the U.S. sugar program is the antithesis of free-market policy. The program instead represents the worst of corporate welfare and cronyism that so often plagues D.C. politics. Through the use of price supports, import quotas and tariffs, the sugar program destroys competition in the market, protecting the politically connected sugar industry at the expense of hard working Americans.

4. The sugar program is destroying thousands of U.S. jobs annually. Protectionist policies under the U.S. sugar program have led to artificially high prices for domestic sugar, creating incentives for manufacturers to import certain sugar products or to relocate their operations outside of the U.S. As a result, the sugar program has led to a loss of nearly 10,000 jobs annually in the U.S. food industry. The Department of Commerce (DOC) estimates that for every sugar-growing job saved through high U.S. sugar prices, approximately three manufacturing jobs are lost.

5. Sugar handouts distort the market and harm domestic businesses. The current U.S. sugar program uses protectionist policies to prop up the sugar producing industry, insulating producers from market forces and most importantly competition. While artificially high prices and restricted competition is good for sugar producers, domestic sugar-using manufacturers alternatively are competing globally but paying for domestic sugar at a rate twice that of the global price, putting them at a severe disadvantage.

So what? Be competitive or go away. I am tired of all my neighbors being welfare queens.

Huh? You know the large farming conglomerates get the bulk of the subsidies and they do not even need them.

Bulk of Trump's U.S. farm aid goes to biggest and wealthiest farmers: advocacy group

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - More than half of the Trump administration’s $8.4 billion in trade aid payments to U.S. farmers through April was received by the top 10% of recipients, the country’s biggest and most successful farmers, a study by an advocacy group showed on Tuesday.

Awesome, two wrongs make a right.

Hug? is ****in right.

and yeah, we all know the large guys get large checks. Meantime, try to go into farming. A regular Joe can't.

Let the bitches sink or swim. I am sick of everyone gets cash but me.

It is a projection. Any program you propose will be a projection. But here's the thing, it doesn't add to the national debt and deficit. They have proposed four to five different ways of paying for it.
Continue to drink the kool-aid. How many trillions are we in debt? Why not use the 4-5 different payment option and use it toward our trillions already in debt.
