The “largest deportation in history” is Trump’s big plan

“No, you failed to address any of them. You resorted to whataboutism, which is tactic often used by trumpers. It serves as a way to distract feeble minds.”
NO. Again, you did as I described. If you want to discuss what I asked, do so.
OK.

Hilarious, omg. That is EXACTLY what it is. Watch;

Whatabout the fact "that you asked none of these same questions while 10+ million foreigners were ushered into the interior of this country."

Whataboutism is exactly what you are doing whiner you bypass the questions asked and bring up something else. You can't really be this dense.

Good luck.

.
Exposing your hypocrisy is what I did. Exposing that you have two standards, one for your side and one for the other side is what I did. You are just upset at the exposure.

Think more. Type less.

Total bullshit. The idea that unregulated mass migration is opposed by only 'ultta-nationalists and racists' is the type of Big Lie that actual fascists would be proud of.
Then it's a good thing we don't have unregulated mass migration. A much bigger lie that you and yours keeps telling.
If we did, there would be -0- border agents, -0- checkpoints, -0- number caught at the border, -0- returned. But that's not true and you are lying.

And because logical argument is likewise not the strong suit of the MAGA types, you misstate my post. I did NOT say ONLY the ultranationalists complain about waves of immigrants. I said the ultranationalists always do, and they make the same claims, every time around.

There are lots of people concerned about illegal immigration and that was the reason why the senate passed a bipartisan immigration reform bill which looked likely to pass the house and become law before Trump had it killed. Trump obviously did not want to let Biden a legislative win that would simultaneously take away one of his cudgels on the campaign trail. So he ordered it killed and the lemming republicans in the house followed along.

Its not a lie at all. The goal of the Biden administration from the start was to allow as many migrants into the country as possible and transport them into the interior of the country. The lie is perpetrated by people like you who are denying its happening.

I didnt misstate your post. Your intent was to smear anyone who disagrees with you as an ultranationalist and a racist.

The bill didnt solve the problem. All the evidence needed is that people like you supported it.

There's nothing left to do than to make these millions of illegals, legal...and registered to vote.

They couldn't vote worse than trump supporters.

Such paranoid built into a nonsensical conspiracy theory. What is the imagined outcome of this secret "goal" you made up?

Thats all the evidence you ever need.

Many of these 'illegal migrants', from many different countries, won't even have identity papers. So where exactly are they going to be deported to?? No country is obligated to accept people arriving at their border without identity papers that meet their immigration rules. It's no good US officials just claiming that someone looks like they come from Venezuela etc. The Brits deal with this issue a lot where the illegal migrants have learned to hide or destroy any ID papers so that they can't be deported without a huge amount of time and work finding an officially recognizable ID that will get them across international borders.

And that problem is on top of all the other comments already made here.
That's an amazing way to defeat our immigration laws......."no papers....let me in"....

Are we the only country with such a stupid policy? It certainly sounds uniquely American.

Its not a CT, its fact. Biden deliberately took actions to significantly increase illegal immigration into this country and fought states who tried to stem the flow, like Texas, at every turn. Its like you dont want to know the truth.
Thats all the evidence you ever need.
Pretty much.

How would this be accomplished?
How woudl it be paid for?
How would we deal with the economic consequences (which would be extreme)?
Does anyone actually think this is a good idea, or representative of American values?
With great effort and expense, and probably not a little pain and death.
Well since Project 2025 was talking about eliminating the Department of Education, among other things, probably by cutting far more deeply into existing budgets that is healthy.
Blame them on Democrats, and use them as an excuse to propose more of this bullshit.
It's not about what is good for the US, the GOP, or even MAGA - It's about what will possibly get him elected by MAGA.

I am not sure what happens in a "No papers. Let me in" case. Being intercepted at the border should provide a chance to determine their true identity before they enter the country. Once you have their correct identity the deportation is a lot simpler. There are however plenty of cases of people who don't get intercepted and make it undetected into society. If those people 'lose' their ID papers, how do you deport them across international borders?

I think Europe might have a bigger issue with illegal migrants 'losing' their ID's than the US has. Not a uniquely American issue, and not one that is easy to address once the illegal migrants have made it past the border undetected.

To what end? Can you explain what this imaginary effort would do for Biden?

Yeah, "American values" honest law abiding behavior. They haven't done it. Actually, I believe those allowed in had to give an address/contact so they can be notified when their amnesty hearing was being held. So, checking they're still at the location would be a good start. Or, maybe just grabbing incarcerated illegals and sending them home.

That too is obvious. Bring in millions of people, grant them amnesty and you have millions of new democrat voters. Why pretend you dont know this?

It is pure fantasy. Another description would be utter bullshit. When did so many Americans become so fearful? And why?

.

How would this be accomplished?

Holocaust-level and style of logistics.

How woudl it be paid for?

By the American taxpayer to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars.

How would we deal with the economic consequences (which would be extreme)?

Lime, barbed wire, and crematoria manufacturers will make a killing. There will be no way to deal with the consequences. This is akin to asking how one deals with the consequences of sawing off one's own foot. We will be crippling ourselves for no reason.

Does anyone actually think this is a good idea, or representative of American values?

I'm sure many do. I do not, because this is a bad idea in every possible way.

Great, let's just not enforce the law because it costs money. Never mind the fact that illegals still use public services and often fail to pay income/payroll taxes (part of the reason businesses like them so much).

I agree. Let's change stupid laws that cost our country too much in every way, shape and form. Becoming an American citizen should take about as long and be no more difficult than it was a towards the end of the Nineteenth Century.

Yes, and then they spend that money that they earn in our country to eat, buy clothes, rent housing, etc., enriching American businesses and workers and growing the tax base.

Mass-legalization and granting citizenship to the 10-20 million illegal immigrants residing in our country makes far more sense on every level than does mass-deportation. Then we can issue them Social Security Numbers and they can start contributing to the system even more than they already do.

So, we should have no national border?

It won’t be.

See above.

Yes, but we lack the detention capacity to hold them pending deportation hearings and lack agreements with many countries to accept their citizens back.

The best (most practical) policy would be to implement an eVerify mandate (for all W-2 and 1099 employees), coupled with changes to the FIT code allowing IRS to serve as the primary enforcement mechanism, causing most of them to self-relocate outside the US.
I have one question. If their receiving W-2s and 1099s, they are paying taxes. Why would you want to get rid of members of our society who contribute?
Unless of course they're wanted for crimes.

It's bass ackwards.

Wait a minute, Cosmo. Do you think our country did not have a national border in the 1890s through the 1920s? That our border was something invented in the last century on account of immigration? I can assure you we had a border at those times, and our nation taught very harsh lessons to any hostile actor who thought could violate our sovereignty.

Historically, immigration has only ever bettered and enriched our country in the short, medium and long-term. This time is no different. Unless someone is a verified violent/sex offending criminal, a member or a material supporter of a terrorist organizations, or an agent of a hostile foreign government, I say open the gates as wide as they can be opened and let as many folks in as want to come in and become Americans.

Historically, we didn't have massive government handouts, either. So yes, this time is different.

The immigrants contributed to society back then too, Cosmo. The immigrants we have contribute now. And they can and will contribute even more if they are given legal residency.
