The “FOR SALE” Sign Is UP!

Rush through bio hazard research lab permits, what is the worst that can happen

Rush through a chemical plant heck a little bit of poison in the drinking water is good for people

I don't think you understand the definition of "expedite". It doesn't mean to change rules and such. It means to speed up the process.

In other words, get the job done without wasting time...but the job still gets done.

Yes which will work great when the EPA is gutted and Trump relies on the company to do the assessment itself

I'm sure you can come up with all kinds of doomsday scenarios, but there is no indication they will come to pass.

Back to the good old days when states had to sue other states to make them stop polluting their kid's drinking water.

Lol! It's like they've invested their entire life savings in red tape manufacurers.

"Wait! You want to do the same thing but more quickly and with less hassle? What is wrong with this country! You're all going to die!"

Because corporations are known to do the right thing, even if it means losing a bit of profit in the process, right?

Those regulations and procedures did not magically appear in a vacuum. They exist because some company(ies) somewhere were polluting, destroying the land, making people sick.

And those regulations cut into profits. That stops now! We are going to make money. That is why we exist. And if a few birth defects or children have to die because of it, that's just the cost of doing business. Finally, we're going to have a government that has its priorities straight.

That's a funny way of saying "our air isn't yellow anymore."

Enjoy the PCBs in your water, I guess.

You have to remember that this sort of thing is an article of faith with the right, not a political position.

Even if they remember what things were like prior to the EPA and OSHA having an effect, they don't care. They will breathe sulfur dioxide and drink PCBs to please their orange God.

Whoever is left to do the job.

Perhaps, but if it is expedited, it'll still be quicker than normal.
Not if there's a decade-long backlog because there just aren't enough people around to process anything.

"Just do it faster" is some real "middle-manager hired with no experience in the field whatsoever" energy.

Same to you, lol. "Just do it faster! But also with no loss in quality or attention to detail and be sure to follow all of the rules!"

Yeah, another middle manager right here.

Yeah, if they're going to take a blunt axe to the civil service, I guess those permits really WILL write themselves up.

Please. Try to refrain from hyperbole.

Trumptards will shriek mindlessly in support of allowing toxic polluters to poison their children.
Definitely something that should be tried out......................in red states.

Pollution is a myth, just like climate change. Chemical-induced cancers are a myth. Smoking is hazardous to your health is a myth. You know why? Because scientists!
See, we can't trust science or scientists today.

I am not protesting foreigners investing in this country. But why should they get carte blanche to destroy our environment? To locate anywhere they desire, the local population be damned? Care to tell us how you feel about these give-aways? How many more FOX CONNs will we have before people wise-up? Why don't you go to WI and see what happened there? None of it good.

if government loses power to the people then who will all those government employees have left to "manage"?
Let me see....

It must have felt like this in Rome about 400 CE or so.

So, you want metals in your water and sulfur dioxide in your air.

You could move to China. They have all that stuff.

Well, there's always a quick trip down memory lane to what things were before some key regulations.

Oh. You think those regulations will go away...without any indication that'll happen.

Like I said...doomsday scenarios.

Well, when someone campaigns against regulations without being specific, and who things humans aren't contributing to climate change, it's hard to know what he means.
