The LAST thing we want is anyone to be investing in America. All that will happen is that we'll see more economic activity, more jobs and more tax revenue. If we keep that up then, eventually, people will be less dependent on the government and if government loses power to the people then who will all those government employees have left to "manage"?
I don't think you understand the definition of "expedite". It doesn't mean to change rules and such. It means to speed up the process.

Those regulations and procedures did not magically appear in a vacuum. They exist because some company(ies) somewhere were polluting, destroying the land, making people sick.
And those regulations cut into profits. That stops now! We are going to make money. That is why we exist. And if a few birth defects or children have to die because of it, that's just the cost of doing business. Finally, we're going to have a government that has its priorities straight.
