That looks like her tweeting, at 8:19 am yesterday, a cropped screenshot of her last suspension. It does not look to me like she has been re-suspended. In other words, she is trying to "troll the libs" by saying "I'm back".

It would indeed be hilarious if she was re-suspended, but alas....

Musk unbanned her and a number of others.

I'm not sure about all the details of how the transfer or power proceeds when a company is bought and taken private, but apparently he was able to do that not long after the announcement.

Its fake or she retweeted the photo of her suspension? I don't know. The woman is a mess.

Click on her account, it shows current activity, nothing about a ban. We should see how fast accounts criticizing Musk and trump get banned, especially once Musk has his hands on it.
