Mods have a lot to do imo. I don't know how many reports they have to deal with every day but I suspect it's a lot.

On the other hand I know from personal experience that DMs spend their days playing cellphone Solitaire since we got rid of Court Jester.
 
@Jetboogieman gave me one of my warnings. I explained myself, and he rescinded it. I doubt he and I agree on much at all that is politically flavored, but I was impressed at his fairness and civility.
