Here, Ed Bassmaster's over-the-top, white gangster character named, "Always Teste", is watched by police as he is obviously "dealing something" at night, on the Philly streets. Using street terms that are typical for drug dealers, but ironically also commonly used by Pokemon geeks! So the police stop and search him.
