So it looks like Fox News paid terrorists $2 million to release their kidnapped "reporters" Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig.

JERUSALEM – Palestinian terror groups and security organizations in the Gaza Strip received $2 million from a U.S. source in exchange for the release of Fox News employees Steve Centanni and Olaf Wiig, who were kidnapped here last summer, a senior leader of one of the groups suspected of the abductions told WND.

The terror leader, from the Gaza-based Popular Resistance Committees, said his organization's share of the money was used to purchase weapons, which he said would be utilized "to hit the Zionists."

He said he expects the payments for Centanni and Wiig's freedom will encourage Palestinian groups to carry out further kidnappings.

Officials associated with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party and its security organization, the Preventative Security Services, confirmed to WND money was paid for the release of the Fox News reporters.

So Faux is now funding terrorists.
Easy for World net Daily to say though, it wasn't their ppl it was someone elses.
2 million though is cheap to spare the lives of the reporters by the kidnappers.
So will the Bush administration suspend hadeas corpus towards Murdoch since his organization now has direct links with terrorists? Or has "called" known terrorists?

Basically they just gave the green light for terrorist groups to target their reporters for kidnapping.

So now Worldnet is a reliable source again, LOL, I do get confused around here!:rofl

Depending on what. Their news analysis remains unreliable especially when it has anything in there about liberals or democrats. However this is an attack on one of their own. Seems they are competing for most GOP **** sucking source.

Actually no! Companies have taken out kidnapping insurance for their people for decades. This was mandatory for those working in South America even back to the late 70's.

Halliburton, service provider, and Blackhawk, security provider, doesn't do this for their rank, and file, but ALL the tall dogs get it.

Interestingly enough, no one seemed to have read the article or the response of the writer.

They said that the News reporters were freed, and reportedly for $2 million. However they're adamant that they have never stated, nor do they know, that FOX itself paid the money.

Frankly, I wouldn't put it past fox. But people are acting like that's what the story is saying, and its die hard truth, when in actuality nothing there is saying that is fact or even that there is evidence to it

Maybe Bush will invade Fox News headquarters for their links and funding to terrorism.

Since paying a ransom demand is accomplished only under duress, I don't see how this particular acquiescence can be equated to funding terrorism.

And they still have stated that they have no proof, facts, or evidence that leads them to believe Fox did it anymore than Joe down on the street corner.
