Taxes Explained Within MAGA's Attention Span

Hmm… how, exactly, would higher federal taxation of “the rich” make (or keep) housing prices lower?

It doesn’t appear that federal revenue (as % of GDP) has significantly changed over time.

(sigh)

MAGA wants to take the country back to when America was great. Back when America was great the highest federal tax rate in the 1950s was 90%. In the 1970s it was 70%.

It is now 37%.
And Trump's tax breaks for corporations and the uber rich will continue. Food stamps, Medicaid, PBS, VOA, not so much.

MAGA is ****ing stupid.

The claim made in your (short Know Your History) OP video was that changes in top income taxation rates (after 1957?) caused housing prices to rise in the UK and US. It seems you’re unable to defend that claim.
