Ive read your post twice already. You can't weasel out of this question. What gives you the right to determine the necessary medical care of others; care that you do not understand and a condition that you do not understand. Your beliefs are based on partisan propaganda and not medical science.

97% of transgender people do not desist once they start medical care. Who is telling you otherwise? When are you going to start to care about the life long harm that you are doing to 97% of trans people instead of lies you are being fed by conservative propaganda that you will not source because deep down you know its not reliable information.

Why do you think it is moral or ethical to deny medical treatment, approved by medical professionals and parents?

As people have noted before, we give puberty blockers and hormone replacement therapy to non-transgender children. The right-wing is pretty silent on the fact that intersex children can get some of their genitals removed without their consent.

It is selective outrage over an issue they do not understand or care to understand.

Any doctor who cuts the breasts off a 13 year old should be thrown in jail.
 
I'll look forward to the state abandoning bigotry so that I can visit again. Until then, I guess that their leaders can give themselves attaboys on faux.

It isn’t medical treatment. It’s child abuse. When they are adults, they can choose to mutilate themselves. But not before.

Because they have an actual medical condition that warrants it. And those treatments are FDA approved for those conditions. It’s not for the mental illness of transgenderism.

It’s not selective. Children should not be subjected to this child abuse. It’s mutilation and irreversibly harmful.

They just recognized that the citizen is not likely to get an unbiased review from the same agency that wrote the challenged law. Also "When the only thing you have is a hammer, the whole world looks like a nail."

That , and Executive overreach, even if encouraged by Congress.

You're not a Dr that treats transgender teen boys so the removal of their breasts that cause dysphoria is not an decision that you are qualified to make. Thirteen is too young for that procedure but 16-18 is possible when the patient is suffering from severe gender dysphoria, even by WPATH medical standards.

The poster fell into their own trap. 13 year old girls can get breast cancer and need their breasts removed.

This isn’t breast cancer. It’s child abuse by mutilating a perfectly healthy girls body because she is suffering from a mental illness.

When they are adults they can have whatever cosmetic elective mutilating surgeries they want. We just won’t be allowing child abuse any longer in the US.

That is an obvious euphemism for conversion therapy. The kids/teens know what their sex is but they also know that their gender identity does not match their biological sex. These teens arent confused.
