Allowing racial profiling is unConstitutional. It violates the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause and the Fourth Amendment's prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizures.
Besides it being unconstitutional,
basing law enforcement or immigration actions on race, rather than on an individual's behavior, is discriminatory and unjust.

No president has ever tried to legalize racial profiling.
No president has ever tried to end habeas corpus for immigrants.
No president has ever threatened to use the full weight of the U.S. against those who disagree with their agenda.
